  • Group Ski Trip

"This vacation home was ideal for our large group of 10 adults and 10 children, who ranged in age from 5-12. The key feature to any property for a group this size is a large kitchen, and this home has one of the largest and easiest to navigate we have experienced. Two ranges, two sinks, and two dishwashers made meal prep and cleanup very efficient. It is also big enough to allow several "cooks in the kitchen". The dining area also made group mealtime a breeze. This house has a kids bunkroom that served as their getaway, and allowed for early bedtimes for tired skiers when the adults wanted to stay up a while longer. The hot tubs are great - the outdoor one has direct sightline to the mountains. The location of this house is perfect for visitors who want quick access to several of the area ski resorts. We skied each of Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail during our week, and none were more than a 20-30 minute drive. It also is convenient to the town of Frisco for groceries, shopping, and restaurants."

  • Very nice area, comfortable stay

"I recently stayed at this beautiful condo with my husband, sister and brother-in-law. Coming from Miami, we were looking forward to some snow, and were not disappointed! The condo is very nice in that there are two separate master bedrooms, each with their own full bath, with one extra toilet upstairs in the living area. The water was always hot, sometimes too hot! Set your shower temp before stepping in--it can start out pretty hot! We slept in the king bed, which was very comfy. The only suggestion I have for improving the bedroom situation would be to place a TV in the upstairs bedroom. A lot of people like to watch TV from the comfort and coziness of under the covers! The kitchen was very nice but i feel that it lacked a bit in the provisions. They do provide one pots worth of coffee, along with sugar and powdered creamer. It would have been nice to have a few more staples, such as cooking oil or spray, basic spices, and tea bags. We purchased food to prepare for some meals but if we wanted to even fry an egg, we would have had to buy a regular sized bottle of oil or spray, or a pack of butter, to cook properly. For a short stay, that is just not practical. Also, there is a washer and dryer, but no detergent. So again, we had to purchase the smallest we could find (not small enough!!) and we left the extra for the next guests. Little things like this would really improve the experience.. The location was great! We walked to Main Street for breakfast, dinner, just to walk around, and even once, to catch the free bus to Breckenridge. Frisco is a really cute town, with good restaurants and very nice residents. We would love to go back one day!"

  • Wonderful Fall Trip

"Property was as advertised and well-maintained and equipped for our cooking needs. The location was a convenient walk to trailheads as well as the downtown area. Our two dogs enjoyed the cool weather but a bit leery on the steps leading to the front door. This is a house that we'll keep in mind for our next trip to Frisco and the Breckenridge area - we visit several times each year in all seasons. Thanks for the great accommodations!"

  • Wonderful Location and Well Stocked Home

"We rented this home for a week in July 2016 for our 3 families. The home was perfect for us, 6 adults, a 7 year old, 4 year old, two 1 year old children and one dog. We have stayed in a lot of homes, and this one is stocked like no other home we have stayed in. Everything you could ever want. We enjoy cooking while on vacation, and this home had everything we needed, and then some in a wonderfully large kitchen. Spices, foil, baggies, condiments, crock pot, BBQ grill, you name it, it had it. The location is 2 blocks from Main Street, which was perfect. And Shana the owner was a delight to work with! Very responsive to any question. And did I mention the DVD's? Washer and Dryer? Bikes in the garage? Pack and Play? Booster chair? We love staying in Frisco, and we have found our home away from home. Oh yes, and the hot tub was enjoyed by the older children and their parents. So fun!"
