  • Summer Vacation Spot in Frisco

"My husband and two young children (6 and 8) had an excellent stay at this home for one week at the end of June. The listing description is absolutely accurate; We were one block from the main street, the floor layout worked very well for us and the amenities were well-maintained and clean. As a avid cook, I especially enjoyed cooking outside on the barbecue grill and the Jenn Air gas stove in the kitchen. The double shower in the master bathroom was also an excellent way to clean up after some long walks. I worked with both Sama and Gordon throughout our stay. The dishwasher started leaking while we were there and Gordon helped us get a repair person immediately. I had good communication and excellent customer service from both of them. This home is within easy access to several trails nearby. There is a creek behind the house and a nearby park with a playground for our kids. Next time, we want to try kayaking and biking down by the marina. We were also close to a Whole Foods and the outlet malls in Silverthorne. I noticed that the free shuttle bus that connects to Keystone is also just down the block - good to keep in mind for winter skiing and snowboarding. The one challenge we had was with the parking in the driveway in front of the house. The driveway is shared with the neighbors next door and during the holiday weekend there were up to 4 cars parked there. It made it a little difficult to back out of our garage. All in all, I highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to have a good experience in laidback Frisco and access to the mountain resorts. Thank you so much for sharing your home. We had a great time and we hope to be back soon!"

  • Wonderful Location and Well Stocked Home

"We rented this home for a week in July 2016 for our 3 families. The home was perfect for us, 6 adults, a 7 year old, 4 year old, two 1 year old children and one dog. We have stayed in a lot of homes, and this one is stocked like no other home we have stayed in. Everything you could ever want. We enjoy cooking while on vacation, and this home had everything we needed, and then some in a wonderfully large kitchen. Spices, foil, baggies, condiments, crock pot, BBQ grill, you name it, it had it. The location is 2 blocks from Main Street, which was perfect. And Shana the owner was a delight to work with! Very responsive to any question. And did I mention the DVD's? Washer and Dryer? Bikes in the garage? Pack and Play? Booster chair? We love staying in Frisco, and we have found our home away from home. Oh yes, and the hot tub was enjoyed by the older children and their parents. So fun!"

  • Wonderful Fall Trip

"Property was as advertised and well-maintained and equipped for our cooking needs. The location was a convenient walk to trailheads as well as the downtown area. Our two dogs enjoyed the cool weather but a bit leery on the steps leading to the front door. This is a house that we'll keep in mind for our next trip to Frisco and the Breckenridge area - we visit several times each year in all seasons. Thanks for the great accommodations!"

  • Very nice area, comfortable stay

"I recently stayed at this beautiful condo with my husband, sister and brother-in-law. Coming from Miami, we were looking forward to some snow, and were not disappointed! The condo is very nice in that there are two separate master bedrooms, each with their own full bath, with one extra toilet upstairs in the living area. The water was always hot, sometimes too hot! Set your shower temp before stepping in--it can start out pretty hot! We slept in the king bed, which was very comfy. The only suggestion I have for improving the bedroom situation would be to place a TV in the upstairs bedroom. A lot of people like to watch TV from the comfort and coziness of under the covers! The kitchen was very nice but i feel that it lacked a bit in the provisions. They do provide one pots worth of coffee, along with sugar and powdered creamer. It would have been nice to have a few more staples, such as cooking oil or spray, basic spices, and tea bags. We purchased food to prepare for some meals but if we wanted to even fry an egg, we would have had to buy a regular sized bottle of oil or spray, or a pack of butter, to cook properly. For a short stay, that is just not practical. Also, there is a washer and dryer, but no detergent. So again, we had to purchase the smallest we could find (not small enough!!) and we left the extra for the next guests. Little things like this would really improve the experience.. The location was great! We walked to Main Street for breakfast, dinner, just to walk around, and even once, to catch the free bus to Breckenridge. Frisco is a really cute town, with good restaurants and very nice residents. We would love to go back one day!"
