  • Spruce Point Perfection

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spruce Point was absolutely perfect for our family of 6! With the bunk room and two other bedrooms, everyone had a real bed and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and I easily had all the cooking utensils and pans needed to cook for the whole family each night. If you prefer not to cook, the location of this townhouse is so convenient to the reataurants and quaint city of Frisco. Also very convenient to get to Copper Mountain from here. Had such a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this property."

  • Epic Basecamp for skiing Colorado's Summit County

"Equidistant from Copper, A-Basin, Breck and keystone (20 min. or less to each of them). This is the finest house I've stayed at with VRBO and I've stayed at many. The house is appointed as if it was my own. The house has the best kitchen of any rental by far. Equipment and utensils were extensive; knives were sharp (a FIRST! for a rental) and the house keeps the staples in the cabinets so you don't have to buy $50 of spices and basics. Bedrooms were great. We had two families. Didn't matter for us, but the Master bedroom upstairs outshines the rest of the rooms. We stayed in the upstairs with the other parents and the kids had the run of the bunkroom and other bedroom in the basement. Pluses: Built in sound system with Sonos; Hot Tub right outside the kitchen door; heated garage; the town of Dillon is great for eating and beautiful at Xmas with lights up and down Main st. It was a 3-5 minute walk to town for us. I would bore with details, but this house really has it all. Cons: The air is dry so use the humidifiers (& use the hint provided by the homeowners; put a pinch of salt in the water to amplify the humifiers output). I'm struggling for negatives here."

  • Wonderful Getaway!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the Royal Glen 17 townhome in Frisco the day after Christmas. We had a total of seven in our group. This townhome is in a great location. It is within walking distance to the bus stops and downtown Frisco area. Our view from the balcony and master bedroom was very nice. The snow and mountains were beautiful. We were just about a 10 minute drive to the slops of Copper Mountain where we skied. The townhome is being updated. The living room and kitchen areas are complete. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking and has new very nice appliances. It is a nice open area where everyone can visit. The furnishings and decorations throughout the house are very nice. The property is very clean, but is in desperate need of new carpeting; however, this is going to be replaced in the Spring 2017 per the owners. Overall, our trip was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this property and would love to visit again some time. We enjoyed staying in Frisco and the skiing in Copper Mountain was great!"

  • Great 2-Family Ski Vacation!

"We were two families of four traveling to Colorado to go skiing over spring break. Four parents, two 6-year-olds and two toddlers. The home well-met our needs. It's REALLY big - 3 stories, clean, with plenty of beds, hang-out spaces and toys to keep us all comfortable and entertained for our four-night stay. There are three bedrooms on the very top floor and then there is a somewhat separated, though still attached, basement apartment with it's own kitchen and bedroom (the living room in the apartment also has a daybed and trundle so is almost like a 5th bedroom). This caused a little bit of a hiccup for us because none of the parents wanted to be 3 stories from their toddler, but we figured it out. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and the grocery stores were nearby. And you're literally 2 blocks from the super cute Frisco Main Street, though it was snowing like crazy so we didn't get to walk there. We skied Copper Mountain, which is 10 minutes away and a great resort (I don't recommend the childcare, but the kid's ski classes were fantastic). We also went tubing at the Frisco Tubing Hill...also just 5 minutes away and a LOT of fun! Even for the toddlers! Only recommendations I have for the owners are to be sure they know your arrival dates so you get the codes ahead of time - we had a communication mixup....I also think it'd feel more secure if the renters could set their own door-code (and owners maintain an owner code). Lastly, we could not for the life of us (even with very tech savvy adults) get the tv's to work right. It'd be great if you could leave some very specific instructions for those. Overall though, this is a great place, in a great location! Have fun!"
