  • Great summer location and fantastic customer service.

"Great location for summer mountain trips. Walk to downtown Frisco or bike all over the place. We passed numerous hiking and mountain bike trails while riding the bike path over to the Frisco bike park which the kids loved. Not bad for ski trips either with a quick drive to Breckenridge or Copper Mountain; a little further to Keystone and A-Basin. Unit itself is a bit worn, but priced accordingly (priced below average for the area). The patio grill runs on the little green Coleman bottles which caught us by surprise. We found plenty of extra in the pantry, so I'm guessing they keep them stocked for guests. I'd double check when booking just to be sure though. It'd be a bummer to be ready to throw your burgers on the grill and find out there's no gas. The living room/kitchen were tight for 6 adults/2 children, but the bed rooms had plenty of space (downstairs bedroom is the biggest). The biggest bonus for us was the property management company who definitely exceeded our expectations when we requested a late check out. Granted, no one was arriving that day, so they were in a position to do so, but instead of simply giving us an extra hour or two, they let us check out later in the day so we could come back and shower after our volleyball tournament. Also relieved us of having to pack up and be out before we left for the tournament at 8am. I'm giving 5 stars for the combination of customer service, price, and location. If it were at an average price point for the area, I wouldn't give it 5 stars due to condition (was perfectly clean, just had a lot of wear and tear). We would definitely stay here again."

  • This Home Exceeded Expectations

"Our family of (7 adults and 1 toddler) recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation while staying at this lovely home in Frisco Colorado. The property has been meticulously cared for and is very well furnished. For us, it was truly a “home away from home.” In summary, it is a spectacular property. The owner’s (Felix and Judi) generosity, caring attention to details, excellent communication, and property management certainly earned this positive review. There are too many outstanding features to numerate all of them. The following list contains some of our favorite amenities we enjoyed routinely everyday: • The kitchen and dining area is very well designed and the owner has provided all the cooking utensils, place settings, spices, etc required. The furnishings and accommodations were perfect. • The living room, theater room, and bedrooms are very comfortable and accommodating. The “ice cream parlour” with well-stocked inventory of many flavors of ice cream was a delightful treat for everyone. • The outdoor living spaces are furnished with comfortable furniture on the deck and on the flagstone patio around the fire pit. The “Arctic Spa Hot Tub” is awesome. Also, enjoyed cooking with the patio grill for steaks and burgers. • Excellent location. The location in “The Reserve” is close in proximity to walking/bike trails, parks, downtown Frisco, grocery and retail stores. • Top quality commercial grade Maytag laundry machines made this aspect of the stay so easy. • The two bicycles (and helmets) were an unexpected feature that we enjoyed each day."

  • Very nice area, comfortable stay

"I recently stayed at this beautiful condo with my husband, sister and brother-in-law. Coming from Miami, we were looking forward to some snow, and were not disappointed! The condo is very nice in that there are two separate master bedrooms, each with their own full bath, with one extra toilet upstairs in the living area. The water was always hot, sometimes too hot! Set your shower temp before stepping in--it can start out pretty hot! We slept in the king bed, which was very comfy. The only suggestion I have for improving the bedroom situation would be to place a TV in the upstairs bedroom. A lot of people like to watch TV from the comfort and coziness of under the covers! The kitchen was very nice but i feel that it lacked a bit in the provisions. They do provide one pots worth of coffee, along with sugar and powdered creamer. It would have been nice to have a few more staples, such as cooking oil or spray, basic spices, and tea bags. We purchased food to prepare for some meals but if we wanted to even fry an egg, we would have had to buy a regular sized bottle of oil or spray, or a pack of butter, to cook properly. For a short stay, that is just not practical. Also, there is a washer and dryer, but no detergent. So again, we had to purchase the smallest we could find (not small enough!!) and we left the extra for the next guests. Little things like this would really improve the experience.. The location was great! We walked to Main Street for breakfast, dinner, just to walk around, and even once, to catch the free bus to Breckenridge. Frisco is a really cute town, with good restaurants and very nice residents. We would love to go back one day!"

  • Great Family Get Away

"Just returned home after spending a great week in Colorado. This condo was very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 teenagers) and within walking distance to downtown Frisco. Well stocked with cooking needs with short trip to Copper Mountain & other ski areas. Plan to return in 2017!"
