  • Quiet comfortable condo in Frisco

"Good location, easy communication with owners, comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed staying in the condo. We didn't realize it was on the third floor with no elevator. We had grandparents with us so it was a little hard for them. The place was quiet and had plenty of space for our family of five. It was comfortable and nice, nothing fancy. One thing that was weird - when we arrived the closets holding cleaning stuff/supplies were wide open and dirty latex gloves were flung on the coffee table. Glad someone did the cleaning but looked like they left in a hurry!"

  • Convenient, clean, well stocked - recommend!

"Our family of two adults and two teenage sons stayed here and skied Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. Parking was easy, access to mountains convenient (definitely do the free airport parking and Red Route bus to Breck), and there was plenty of space for all of us. The owner was readily available for an issue we had with our key (our fault), which was really nice. One of the best parts about this condo is that things like toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels were all well stocked, so there was no need to buy things like that for a short stay! There were plenty of bathroom towels also. The bedroom with queen mattress has a memory foam topper, which was really comfy. The two queen beds in the second room were perfect for two guys who don't like to sleep in the same bed, and would easily sleep four kids who don't mind sharing beds. Expect a little noise to come from the condo above, especially if there are little kids clomping around in ski boots. This was not bothersome enough to go up and ask for them to keep it down - but don't expect perfect quiet. The clean air and beauty of being in "High Country" more than made up for any bit of noise. We walked into town to a brew pub - about a mile to 7th street - for dinner one night. There is a bus, and you could time it right so you could use that without a lot of waiting around. Frisco has come a long way since the 90s!"

"The property more than met our expectations. Very comfortable and clean, plenty of space to spread out. Location was terrific, easy access to Main St. Frisco, ski resorts. Killer view out the back. A very seamless and stress free stay. Great customer service and communication provided by owner. Would definitely use again if we are in the area."

  • excellent choice, great owner

"Spent a weekend spring skiing at Copper, which is about 10 minutes away. nice sized unit, well equipped, helpful owner. There only 4 of us, but this unit has the capcity for more. We walked to Tavern West, basically across the street and had an excellent dinner. The unit is close to the main drag in Frisco as well. We would definetely go back"
