  • Great summer location and fantastic customer service.

"Great location for summer mountain trips. Walk to downtown Frisco or bike all over the place. We passed numerous hiking and mountain bike trails while riding the bike path over to the Frisco bike park which the kids loved. Not bad for ski trips either with a quick drive to Breckenridge or Copper Mountain; a little further to Keystone and A-Basin. Unit itself is a bit worn, but priced accordingly (priced below average for the area). The patio grill runs on the little green Coleman bottles which caught us by surprise. We found plenty of extra in the pantry, so I'm guessing they keep them stocked for guests. I'd double check when booking just to be sure though. It'd be a bummer to be ready to throw your burgers on the grill and find out there's no gas. The living room/kitchen were tight for 6 adults/2 children, but the bed rooms had plenty of space (downstairs bedroom is the biggest). The biggest bonus for us was the property management company who definitely exceeded our expectations when we requested a late check out. Granted, no one was arriving that day, so they were in a position to do so, but instead of simply giving us an extra hour or two, they let us check out later in the day so we could come back and shower after our volleyball tournament. Also relieved us of having to pack up and be out before we left for the tournament at 8am. I'm giving 5 stars for the combination of customer service, price, and location. If it were at an average price point for the area, I wouldn't give it 5 stars due to condition (was perfectly clean, just had a lot of wear and tear). We would definitely stay here again."

  • Perfect location!

"Amy, we had a wonderful time! I"m still sore from all the hiking we did. Your little condo is so cute and cozy. I loved the back porch. Listening to the water was so relaxing. Thanks again for sharing your home!"

  • Great Time Skiing While Staying here

"This condo is very nice, comfortable, and big with new carpet. There are two queen beds in one bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom and were comfortable to sleep in. Richard was very nice to meet and made sure my stay was perfect. Having a garage was awesome as it snowed every day I was there so I didn't have to clean off the car. There is an awesome indoor community pool and 2 hot tubs. All very large. Washer and Dryer were a plus as I only had to take half the clothes. I definitely will want to stay here again next year. Only 20 minutes to Keystone and 15 to Breckenridge."
