  • Great place, will return

"This condo was amazing to stay at. Unbelievable location close to i70 and within 15-20 minutes of a bunch of ski resorts. Even though the owner was out of the country without phone access, they were extremely accessible through email when we had a problem (very minor and fixed itself almost immediately!) with the heat. I will absolutely be staying here again next trip to Summit County!"

  • Plenty of space for 5

"We had a great time at this unit- the highlight being five moose who were roaming around behind the unit one morning casually munching on the trees! The unit is as well appointed as mentioned in the description. There were five in our party- plenty of room with the three level layout for everyone to have their own space. I have stayed at Mountainside previously and the complex, as a whole, is worthwhile. Michelle was easy to work with, did not invoice us until after we signed the rental agreement (an owner at another property billed us while we still browsing) and refunded the security deposit within 10 days of our departure. One additional point for us was, being 55+ and from the east, was that there are only a few stairs needed to climb to enter and get around the unit as opposes to having to climb 2-3 flights for the condo flats that are also available at Mountainside."

  • Great location and very comfortable

"This condo has everything you need for a great ski trip. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked. The condo has tons of storage in smart locations - like a series of pegs near the door to hang all your ski gear. It was nice to cozy up to the fire with some hot chocolate after a day on the slopes. The condo is located at the Passage Point bus stop for the Copper Loop, which takes you to all parts of the mountain. That was extremely convenient. Tina was very responsive to all my questions and provided complete instructions for everything, including where to go grocery shopping. Will definitely stay here again."
