  • Great location and property

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout was perfect for a large family visiting the area for a wedding. Everything was available and very handy. We contacted the owner to get the wifi code and he got right back promptly. We will rent this place again!"

  • Excellent location and value

"This was our first time staying at the condo, hopefully it won't be our last. Our family consists of me, my husband and our 5 & 3 year old children. First of all, It was quite nice to find the room on the same floor as the main entrance to the building. It makes for quick work unloading the car! Next, as the owner states, this is clearly their second home. It was great to find the kitchen stocked with the basic (and more) necessities. There's nothing more frustrating than renting a place with a kitchen, bringing your own food, then discovering you need salt or ketchup, or creamer. I never assume those things are included, but it is nice that they allow use of those items. I assume some items have been left by previous renters as well. Pay it forward. Each room has a tv with limited stations (you are in the mountains after all) and there is a selection of DVD movies to choose from in addition to a large Disney VHS collection as well. My children loved picking out a movie to watch from the bunk beds! They also have an assortment of board games, puzzles and books to help you unwind. There are 2 balconies, but they were covered in snow during our stay, but I'll bet it would be a nice place to have a morning cup of coffee, or after dinner drink. There is also a nice wood burning fireplace with instructions, kindling, wood and tools necessary to make a cozy night. The location is up Wildernest Rd. We went to Keystone Resort during our stay and it only took us 25 minutes to get there. We were in line to be first on the lifts that day! The city of Silverthorne and Dillon both offer plenty in the way of restaurants and shops. It's just a quick ride down the hill and you're in the midst of Silverthorne. There must also be a shuttle that goes around Wildernest Loop because there always many people waiting with ski/snowboard gear. There is a stop just across the main street from this condo. All in all -- great place to stay, highly recommended!"

  • Couldn't Ask For More! Wonderful Condo, Perfect location!

"My family and I stayed at Scattered Pines the week before the 4th of July along with another family. In total there were 5 kids and 4 adults. The condo is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kids had a lot of fun exploring the loft area and finding fun places to hang out thanks to the massive size of closets and other nooks found throughout the space. I loved that everyone had their own private bathroom with tub/shower along with very nice towels and bedding. Bunk Beds were perfect for the kids as well. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your self fully at home. The Weber Gas Grill on the deck was definitely a plus and in excellent condition. Tons of spices and extras so that we didn't have to buy or bring supplies like this in. Kitchen, while compact, is perfect for making easy work of preparing meals and serving the family either at the bar or the table. Laundry room with Washer and Dryer was also a plus. Location was the absolute best! We were 1 block off of main street and a block or so away from the city park. I can't speak highly enough of the Scattered Pines condo and the owner, Joan, was very responsive and helpful as we planned for our summer vacation! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Summit CO."
