  • Ski month

"My wife and I stayed here for one month skiing. We've stayed at other places in general area. This was excellent townhome. Location, location, location. Perfect location! 1/2 block from Main Street at heart of Frisco. Walk to all restaurants and shops and bus. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped. Granite countertops and very nice cabinets. Modern appliances. Good quality and quantity dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils. It had everything. Kitchen opens to large family/dining room. Large wooden dining table, leather reclining chairs and large pull out sofa. All very good quality. Easy to use gas fireplace. The two bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. All the furniture was again good quality. Both bathrooms had nice granite sink tops and good cabinets. Plenty of hot water. Master bedroom had large walk-in closet. It was also very quiet. A real plus having large washer and dryer. The entire townhome was nicely decorated. The heated garage was great. The owner very accessible and responsive. Will stay here again on next trip to area."

  • Wonderful house, great location.

"This is one of the best VRBO houses I have rented. The location was perfect for my extended family of adult children and grandchildren. We loved the babbling brook behind the house and fell asleep listening to it each night. The clubhouse with indoor pool and hot tubs was an added bonus. We could walk to a terrific playground at that elementary school. The bikepath started at the corner and we used it every day for hiking and biking. Main St., Frisco was also just a short walk away. The house was large and a perfect set up for three families. The grandparents had the master bedroom on top with the bathroom, my daughter, husband and her little boy used the second floor with the master bedroom and bath. The main floor was that an open concept with living room, dining room and kitchen large enough to accommodate all of us. The bottom floor with two bedrooms perfectly suited my son, his wife and three little boys. Three decks and a gas grill worked wonderfully for grilling outside and just sitting to listen to the water and Birds singing. House is well-stocked With everything you need to cook bath and just relax. We would definitely come back to this amazing house."

  • Great Time Skiing While Staying here

"This condo is very nice, comfortable, and big with new carpet. There are two queen beds in one bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom and were comfortable to sleep in. Richard was very nice to meet and made sure my stay was perfect. Having a garage was awesome as it snowed every day I was there so I didn't have to clean off the car. There is an awesome indoor community pool and 2 hot tubs. All very large. Washer and Dryer were a plus as I only had to take half the clothes. I definitely will want to stay here again next year. Only 20 minutes to Keystone and 15 to Breckenridge."

  • Warm and spacious

"This spacious condo in the Tarn Landing complex was warm, very comfortable and spacious. The condo has all the bells and whistles needed in the kitchen, a six seater dining room, and very modern TV with heaps and heaps of available channels situated in the open plan lounging area with gas fireplace. The bedroom is the largest when compared to other condos stayed at during my vacation and has two separate, well lit, full-sized bathrooms. One with modern laundry appliances. The condo's host was extremely helpful, punctual and courteous when I arranged to checked-in. The condo was being cleaned when I checked-in and was in top order when that was shortly completed. This condo was the best I stayed in during my vacation due to its very generously proportioned layout, close proximity to all the shops, restaurants, gas stations and community services ( old Frisco is a 15 minute walk) and easy access to the ski resorts either by bus or car. If ever I visit Summit County again I will not hesitate to book this condo. I will recommend this condo to anyone. Considering the more than competitive nightly rate and this condos appointments, it rates as the best condo I have been accommodated in."
