  • Great house!

"We had a wonderful time in the Red Mountain rental. We enjoyed how large the house is and had plenty of room for everyone. It was perfect!"

  • Really enjoyed the high altitude cabins at Bairs Ranch.

"The cabins are very comfortable. Beautiful setting to watch the stars and sunrise over the bluffs. Thanks again to Valenia and Casey for assistance with the transportation up to and down from the cabin. Don't overpack. We had a lot more than necessary with us."

  • Great holiday get away!

"Spacious home with great views of Mt. Sopris and the Roaring Fork River. It's close to town, but has a secluded mountain feel with deer, bald eagle, and other wildlife spotted on or near the property. We had six adults in our group and found the house to be spacious with plenty of room for relaxing, playing games, cooking and dining. Kristin, the owner, was very responsive to any questions about the property and made us feel very welcome as guests. The property is conveniently located near highway 82 with easy access to Glenwood Springs and up valley to Carbondale, Basalt, and Aspen. Our stay was in late December and there were plenty of outdoor opportunities to take advantage of within short drives from the property. Sunlight Mountain is about 30 minutes away with skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and snow mobile rentals available. Other areas within an hour or less are the town of Marble and McClure Pass, which are off the beaten path but well worth visiting if you enjoy back country hiking or snowshoeing. Last but not least, to relax after a day of outdoor activity there are several reasonably priced hot springs to choose from in or near Glenwood Springs. There is the Hotel Colorado Hot Spring and Spa, Iron Mountain Hot Springs (multiple pools with varying temps), and Avalanche Ranch Hot Springs (reservations required). Overall this was a great place for a family stay and I would recommend this property for a vacation stay and/or family gathering."
