  • Great place to stay, a week around the Labor Day Weekend

"We had a great stay here while celebrating an outdoor mountain wedding at Granby Ranch. The house was perfect for us, 8 family members from3 and a half to 77yrs old! As advertised, clean, ready for us when we arrived... Absolutely no problems at all. We tried out the hot tub and enjoyed looking at the bright yellow aspen leaves, deer grazing nearby... There were lots of "new" toys for kids to try out, plenty of utensils, dishes, dry goods... It's not far from the grocery store, and the Granby Ranch center. We highly recommend this house if you are staying in the area."

  • Wonderful home base for a four day weekend in Granby!

"We loved this cozy slope-side condo in the Kicking Horse section of Granby Ranch, just south of Granby. Very comfortable two bedroom condo with a great kitchen, comfortable living room and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great hiking trails right outside our door and such a great home base for a family wedding at Strawberry Creek Ranch. Beautiful morning drive to Grand Lake, incredible views from Trail Ridge Road, super breakfasts at Granby's Mid Town Cafe, wonderful outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Beautiful setting in a wonderful location."

  • Fabulous Family Vacation Stay

"We stayed in early August for a week with our children and grands, 8 in total. All the arrangements were handled expertly (even when we wanted to change our arrival and departure by a day each!) The home is well-appointed and well-kept. We wanted for nothing. We appreciated having many staples in the kitchen, including paper products and non-perishables. The dishwasher is so quiet, I had to put my ear to it to make sure it really turned on! Our grandchildren loved watching the hummingbirds, the pair of foxes and numerous chipmunks. There were so many hummingbirds we bought a second one. There were as many as 15 at a time wanting to eat! The location was perfect for our purposes. We were just out of the hustle-bustle, yet very handy to the lakes, towns and Rocky Mountain National Park, so we could be tourists ourselves! The grands had their own bedroom/bath/suite downstairs while the adults utilized the bedrooms on the main and upper floor. We were thankful to be able to do laundry, allowing us to not pack so much and to take home clean clothes! We spent a lot of time on the porch, both mornings and evenings, enjoying the views, animals and each other. The gas grill, as with all appliances, worked great and gave us cooking options. I highly recommend this home as a get away...it feels like home...without the pressures of "real life." When we come back to the Granby/Grand Lake area, we will certainly stay here again."

  • Wonderful home and location for a family getaway

"We greatly enjoyed our long weekend in this home. The property was perfect for our family of 4 + extended family. We had 2 kids with us and they really loved that there were toys there for them to play with. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The house was well stocked with spices and kitchen necessities. Even though the weekend was a time to unwind and unplug, we still really enjoyed the full cable package. Loved being up there without the snow so we could hike around Granby Ranch and enjoy both Grand Lake and Winter Park as well."
