  • Perfect Destination

"Our retired army group (4 families, 12 people - including a few teenagers) stayed at Byers Peak Lodge for our 7th annual reunion. It was perfect for our needs. We came to the area to access Rocky Mountain National Park and the western location was perfect. We also had easy access to Grand Lake and Lake Granby. The location of the house is perfect - it's close enough to town to run to the grocery store, but isolated enough to provide great privacy - and the view is spectacular. The condition of the house itself is impeccable. The amenities are top-notch, there's privacy for individual families, and directions for use are clearly given. There's really everything here you could want. On top of the spectacular view, the home is luxuriously furnished and very clean. So for us, this home offered everything we want and more. Great luxury, location, amenities, and price. We didn't want to leave!"

  • Beautiful and uncrowded part of Colorado!

"The Granby Ranch area is beautiful, not too crowded, yet close to numerous outdoor activities. We stayed close to Base Camp One 2 years ago via an RCI trade we did. Many hassles to RCI trading for those who have timeshares, so this year we chose VRBO. Found Ed and Joanne's one bedroom gem and enjoyed 1 week of fly fishing and wildlife viewing. Their unit was perfect size for the 2 of us and enclosed parking was a wonderful perk! Many of their reviews centered around skiing and rightly so as you're literally at the base of the ski lifts. Being non-skiers, we choose summers in CO for the beautiful, dry weather and ample outdoor activities (kayaking, boating, fly fishing to name a few). This unit was in a perfect location to access all the Grand County has to offer!"

  • Everything was what we expected and more!

"12 of us from age 7 to 85 had a vacation of a lifetime. The home was so warm with the two way fireplace and the well equipped kitchen and the lower level where the boys stayed. Being able to ski in, ski out was so special. Everyone talked about that feature as a real hi-lite. The family loved the hot tub. One night it snowed as they sat in it and enjoyed the beauty of the mountains. Paul could not have been nicer or easier to deal with. Take this trip if you can!"

  • Loved It!

"My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this property and found it so relaxing! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to fix light meals. The City Market is immediately across the highway from the entrance to Granby Ranch entrance and we found everything we needed for our stay. The condo was updated and we found it quite comfortable to relax and watch a bit of TV or hangout on the balcony and enjoy the view. Vicki was very easy to work with and was extremely helpful when I had difficulty with the reservation website. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we return to the area."
