  • Super comfy

"This place was perfect for my family of four! It had everything we needed. City Market is very close by and the owner had some good recommendations for dining out. Granby Ranch is a wonderful family oriented mountain and we will be back!"

  • Perfect for family of 4

"We loved this condo! The 2 BR, 2 BA layout was very well-designed and perfectly cozy for 4. It would also work well for 3 kids, but it might get a bit tight for 6 people or more than 2 adults. The condo was very well-appointed with starter items and conveniences: towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, detergents, soap/lotions, coffee, spices, pots/pans, utensils, blender, Keurig, fan, iron, and even scales to check that 50 lb luggage limit. Kids loved the Xbox. All we lacked was an ironing board (but made do with some thick towels on the bar). The property manager was very responsive and helpful! The location was very nice - pretty views and very convenient to everything. City Market (a Kroger with a deli) is 5 minutes away. The base area at Granby Ranch is just a half-mile down the road, and free shuttles are available to go back and forth. You can ski-out with a short 50 yard walk. Ski-in requires a bit more of a walk, and is from a blue run, so not really doable for beginners. We took in a day at Winter Park and Fraser Tubing Hill (20 minute drives), a dip in Hot Sulfur Springs, and scenic drives to Ute Pass and into the Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed the Glory Hole Cafe in Hot Sulfur Springs, and the Maverick Grill in Granby. Excellent value for the experience."
