  • The best yet.

"We have been to steamboat 6 times in the last three years and this by far was the best place we stayed. Mark was great to deal with, him and his team are true professionals . We had a group of 10 and everybody had plenty of room. The views are spectacular and access to the ski area was super convenient. We will definitely book with them again when we come this summer."

  • Oh so comfortable

"Mr Jackson is the best host you can dream of. Always on top of every question and having the solution for all of them. The location of his condo is really 5 minutes walking from the Village ski school and chair lift. Could not ask for a better location. 2 hot tubs indoors to relax the muscles after a full day of skiing, about 3 minute walk from the condo there is an outdoor pool and hot tub, we didn't use it. 5 minute walk to Main Street, 8 minute walk to the super market and you come back by bus that stops just across the condo .I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much Jackson."

  • Fishing Trip

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was a very nice place to stay. It had excellent views, easy to access, close to the town of Grand Lake. The decks made it easy to eat and gather outside. Was disappointed in 3rd bedroom in basement, the "bunk beds" were not functional. The logs need to be sanded as the spots on the logs where the branches were attached were very rough. I actually cut my head on one of the unsanded spots. Also, the ladder was very painful to climb up barefooted for the same reason. The ladder is at wrong angle as well. This needs to be fixed if you are calling this a bedroom. Additionally, the oven was a grease hazard and the aluminum foil on the bottom of it caught fire when I was preheating it. It needs to be cleaned."
