  • Well appointed, clean and quiet.

"In a great location. We could see the hot air balloon launch in the mornings. Quiet end unit thoughtfully full of the basics, TP, kleenex, towels etc. Had a grill but we never used it. Located close to the Safeway if you want to pick up soda. water, snacks and there is also a liquor store next to the Safeway. Fraser is only 2 miles from Winter Park where there are lots of restaurants and shops. There is an awesome walking path right near the condo as well as a pool and laundry facility across the street. Convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake. SO much to do in the area in the summer!!! We had only a slight issue finding the unit as the street is marked 838 and not with a street name. We were very happy staying here for a week and hated to leave !"

  • Great stay, everything we needed

"The rental property was in a great location. It was just an easy walk or bike ride to River Run Village but we were far enough away that when I woke up in the morning I could see mountains and trees, not some other condo complex. Took advantage of the deck quite a bit, and the couch in the living room made me want to go out and buy the exact same one. We used the close trail system and hiked quite a bit. We also did a 25 mile bike ride from Vail Pass back to Keystone, the scenery was incredible & my 11 & 13 year old completed it with no problems. My son also loved the mountain biking options that were right in River Run. The hot tub and pool came in handy after long days of activity. I thought the kids would be disappointed with the tiny pool as they love to swim, but they enjoyed everything Minnie's Cabin had to offer, including the pool table. Overall I would stay here again. The place was clean, cozy & they gave us ample toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. At some rentals they are really stingy. The reason it only got 4 stars from me was because: 1. The master bed was not very comfortable, it wasn't bad but it didn't make me want to stay in bed all day either 2. When the people upstairs flushed the toilet it startled or woke us up, it't that loud 3. The kitchen utensils are pretty bare or broken, we cooked the entire stay as the one time we ate out found it overpriced & boring"

  • Nice place and perfect for walking out to the lift. Very friendly staff.

"The entire facility including our unit was a little dated but overall very nice and convenient. The Double Diamond Bar was a disappointment. It was hardly ever open, the deck tables and chairs did not move the entire time we were there. I thought it would be a cool place to sit and have a beer at the end of the day but all the action was in the next building over where they had heaters outside and live music every afternoon. I was more baffled by the lack of action than I was disappointed, especially over the holiday weekend."
