  • Love love love Bearadise!

"An exceptional mountain cabin! We were looking for a comfortable place to get away from the craziness of the city for a week, and this cabin turned out to be perfect place for us. It had all the amenities we could ask for and then some. Being able to garage for our vehicle was the icing on the cake. Just 15 minutes from the Town of Grand Lake, it's close enough for convenience, but far enough away to feel secluded. The neighboring cabins are pretty close, but it still felt private. Gorgeous hiking trails, horseback riding and boat rentals are all within a 20 minute drive. The cabin's furnishings are well above average for a rental and the abundant bear décor is absolutely adorable! And oh the views! Whether sunny or cloudy, morning or evening, the views from the deck of the mountains and lake are simply spectacular. On a clear night, the stars and Milky Way seem close enough to touch. There were a couple minor maintenance hiccups during our stay, but the manager was wonderful in handling immediately. Bearadise was the best cabin experience for us to date."

  • Beautiful home on Shadow Mountain reservoir

"The home is newly built and it sits on the lake where you can view wildlife while drinking your morning coffee. There are Osprey nest on the nearby lake islands so daily you can watch Ospreys catch fish for dinner. There is a flock of Pelicans that live right out the back door and there are moose that stop by to drink water in the morning. The home is comfortable with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The master bathrooms have both showers and large tubs. The kitchen is perfect to prepare dinner. We loved the gas cook range and the wine refrigerator. It was nice to be able to BBQ on the side patio as well. Overall this is a beautiful home in a wonderful location and I would recommend staying here . Anne and Marco where easy to work with and any questions that we had, they answered immediately."

  • Spacious and comfortable home

"the house is very spacious and comfortable. It is well stocked with all kitchen and bathroom needs. Open plan made it very convenient and comfortable to get together and celebrate New Year's Eve. View of the lake and snowie mountains is gorgeous from any window you look out."

  • Total dream house for a summer vacation

"The house is in a wonderful location. You can walk a block in either direction and hit either Grand Lake or Shadow Mountain Lake. Moose really do walk through the yard, as do deer and foxes and many birds fly through all day. The yard is spacious and well-stocked with lawn chairs, a hammock, and a great fire pit. The house itself is the perfect mix of comfortable and clean. It doesn't feel cold and un-lived in, like some vacation homes. It feels like the house of a close friend or family member, with everything you might need for your vacation. The place is clean and well-lit. And Holly was so nice to communicate with. She was quick to respond to any questions, and very helpful all around with suggestions about the house and how to make the most of our time in Grand Lake. Highly recommend!"
