  • Perfect home for two families

"We gave been renting for years. This house was definitely our favorite for our two families that go on a ski trip annually. The layout is great and allows for a kids entertainment area as well as an adult. Kitchen is a nice size and the honor closet is great if you forget something. Location works well and even though we went to Copper mountain the drive was reasonable. Highly recommend!"

  • Great for families!

"Our family of 8 (grandparents, small kids, our dog.. the whole kit n caboodle) enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfy and each room came with it's own bathroom which was a huge plus. It's a spacious home with plenty of areas to hang out in the living room near the fireplace or in the large dining room where we shared lots of family meals. We had wifi, a hot tub and plenty of kitchen wares (pots, pans, coffee maker, gadgets, even a crock pot) to make our stay excellent. Keystone Resort threw in all sorts of goodies (i.e. free lift tickets for the kids, free admission to the skating rink, free yoga classes, etc.) which was awesome. The home is located in West Keystone which is a short drive to the mountain (5-10 minutes). It is somewhat near the shuttle routes (about a 20-minute walk) but it was easier for us to drive over to the the resort. There were a few hiccups here and there. It sounds like Keystone recently took over the VRBO listing/management of this home so getting the rental paid took a few phone calls / follow-ups. But everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. As for property management, the turnaround on fixing the garage doors took a smidge longer than hoped for and in the end, the garage door that was fixed was blocked by a pile of firewood so we couldn't park in the spot anyway. But again, property management was exceptionally nice. All in all, it was a great house and I'd recommend it!"

  • Convenient and Comfortable

"We had two families share this home in July 2016. It worked really well to have space available for everyone to settle in and call their own. Kevin was always available to help us get oriented during our arrival and figure out a few things with the home. We had a great trip: BBQing on the deck, playing games, soaking in the spa at night and falling asleep to the sounds of the creek. It was nice to just enjoy family time together in the mountains. An added bonus was not having to drive into Keystone due to the proximity of the free Yellow Line Keystone shuttle stop. We met a couple of the neighbors in the area who had some great recommendations for local hikes and fun activities to do for the kids. Everyone was very friendly and it was just a little quieter than some of the other mountain towns we've visited during summer in Colorado. The entire area and this home made for a wonderful summer vacation for everyone."

  • Home away from home

"This a very well maintained home that is tastefully decorated. The property manager James was so helpful and always available. We loved that the home is close to town and the slopes big has a wonderful secluded feel with the national forest backing up to the deck. We had a great time in the hot tub (maintained daily). Thank you for sharing your property!"
