  • WOW!!!

"This place is amazing! Clean, functional and was perfect for our group. We had 2 families of 4 stay for 3 days and there was plenty of room. The hot tub was wonderful, and having so many bathrooms was really helpful with 4 adults and 4 little ones. Parking in a garage for one family and just outside the unit another car was very convenient. We stay in Summit often and this really was by far the best value all around. BUT even more impressive than the property were the owners, Kikken and Gary are just the nicest people and really make you feel welcome. This one is Great! DW"

  • 3rd time's a Charm

"My college sorority sisters & I will be staying at this beautiful home for the third year in a row! It is nothing but awesome. There are usually 15-16 of us, and everything was just as listed -- comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, the theatre comes with about 300 DVD's -- we had trouble deciding! Sauna and weight room exceptional. We had several cars, so were able to venture out during wonderful weather (NO RAIN in 2014-15). Hiked, went to Art Festival via water taxi over Dillon Lake to Frisco, rode the Georgetown Loop train, ate at outdoor restaurants in Breckenridge. They had a huge dining room table the first year that would seat 25. Last year we broke up around tables for 6. Played games every night (or watched a movie with popcorn) in some very comfy lounge recliners on a HUGE screen and hiked the river trail that we entered 1/2 blk away over to Old Keystone. One evening we roasted marshmallows around the firepit. (They even furnished blankets to lounge comfortably on the cool nights around the fire!!) The manager was outstanding - gave us a tour the first year with lots of history about how the house came to be a HomeAway location. One evening each year, we've hired a gourmet chef to fix our dinner meal, and let me tell you -- he's the best!! Just can't say enough about this fantastic location."
