  • Great place to stay!

"We stayed here over Thanksgiving week of 2015. What a wonderful condo and a good location. Highly recommend. Great value. Responsive owner."

  • Oro Grande #304

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice room, all the amenities one would expect from a vacation ownership or resort timeshare. Nice refridge, microwave, furniture, TV, shower, etc. Easy access all the way from how check-in was handled to the room itself. Nice table and seating areas. The only real complaint and it is real, is the beds! The mattresses which may have been newer, are old style springs. Very hard to sleep on it. Truly the pullout sofa sleeper mattress was more comfortable and all of us fell asleep on it. Spent a lot of $$$ on furnishings, but appears to went with cheap mattresses! If you are sleepy and grumpy one may not appreciate the rest of the room. Upgrade the beds and would be 1st class, 5-star room. As it was, we slept on the way home. But overall, very nice and enjoyed our stay. Thanks and enjoy the rest of summer."

  • Great for families!

"Our family of 8 (grandparents, small kids, our dog.. the whole kit n caboodle) enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfy and each room came with it's own bathroom which was a huge plus. It's a spacious home with plenty of areas to hang out in the living room near the fireplace or in the large dining room where we shared lots of family meals. We had wifi, a hot tub and plenty of kitchen wares (pots, pans, coffee maker, gadgets, even a crock pot) to make our stay excellent. Keystone Resort threw in all sorts of goodies (i.e. free lift tickets for the kids, free admission to the skating rink, free yoga classes, etc.) which was awesome. The home is located in West Keystone which is a short drive to the mountain (5-10 minutes). It is somewhat near the shuttle routes (about a 20-minute walk) but it was easier for us to drive over to the the resort. There were a few hiccups here and there. It sounds like Keystone recently took over the VRBO listing/management of this home so getting the rental paid took a few phone calls / follow-ups. But everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. As for property management, the turnaround on fixing the garage doors took a smidge longer than hoped for and in the end, the garage door that was fixed was blocked by a pile of firewood so we couldn't park in the spot anyway. But again, property management was exceptionally nice. All in all, it was a great house and I'd recommend it!"

  • Beautiful setting overlooking the bike trail and river. Private and quiet. Bed was reasonably comfy

"The parking lot was quite a long distance away from the unit and there were lots of steps making it difficult to get in and out of with all our stuff. Kitchen was nice but not very thoughtfully supplied with cooking and cleaning utensils"
