  • Tucked away gem!

"We stayed here for a brief weekend to unwind from the first week of school. The townhome is in a beautiful and very quiet tucked away location. Easy to get to and close to all amenities. River Run is very close with Starbucks, shopping and lots of restaurants. The bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom make this perfect for families. Our teenagers LOVED the clubhouse with the pool table and large screen TV. The pool was heated and the two hot tubs were awesome. We walked at night and saw so many stars! Kitchen was fantastic. Very cozy and we highly recommend!"

  • Great stay, everything we needed

"The rental property was in a great location. It was just an easy walk or bike ride to River Run Village but we were far enough away that when I woke up in the morning I could see mountains and trees, not some other condo complex. Took advantage of the deck quite a bit, and the couch in the living room made me want to go out and buy the exact same one. We used the close trail system and hiked quite a bit. We also did a 25 mile bike ride from Vail Pass back to Keystone, the scenery was incredible & my 11 & 13 year old completed it with no problems. My son also loved the mountain biking options that were right in River Run. The hot tub and pool came in handy after long days of activity. I thought the kids would be disappointed with the tiny pool as they love to swim, but they enjoyed everything Minnie's Cabin had to offer, including the pool table. Overall I would stay here again. The place was clean, cozy & they gave us ample toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. At some rentals they are really stingy. The reason it only got 4 stars from me was because: 1. The master bed was not very comfortable, it wasn't bad but it didn't make me want to stay in bed all day either 2. When the people upstairs flushed the toilet it startled or woke us up, it't that loud 3. The kitchen utensils are pretty bare or broken, we cooked the entire stay as the one time we ate out found it overpriced & boring"

  • Excellent Vacation Get-A-Way!

"Our family (2 adults and 3 kids under the age of 7) stayed in this lovely home for a week. It was our first "snow" vacation (we live in Texas) and we had a WONDERFUL time. Thank you for all the extra amenities you have available in your home (humidifiers, baby stroller, high chair, pack and play, baby blankets, and more). A very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The shuttle to the Keystone Village worked wonderfully. The hill behind the home was PERFECT for my older kids to play in the snow while the baby slept. They loved having the snow all to themselves. It turned into a perfect little sledding hill. Thanks for taking the time to answer all of my questions before we even got to your home. The only thing I would add to your ski closet outside would be a snow scraper for the car."

  • Perfect location, plenty of room, ideal place to stay

"This is our second year staying at the condo. It is a great location, an easy mile walk to the village. The condo is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is extremely well equipped with anything you need for cooking, cleaning, sleeping, etc. The washer and dryer in the unit are so appreciated. The owners are easy to deal with and are more than helpful. It is also very close to the pool and bar b cue area. Great place to stay."
