  • This lake house is legit.

"Well situated on Granby Lake, just 5 minutes from RMNP and Grand Lake. It has beautiful views, and comfy accommodations. Thanks, Kandi, for sharing your lake home with my family."

  • Beautiful home near Lake Granby

"We stayed here with our 4 children while skiing at Granby Ranch. It was a very comfortable and spacious place with everything we needed. Beautiful view off the deck of the lake and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and looked fairly new. Would recommend and hope to stay there again in the future!"

  • Grand Lake Home

"Nice place with good room for a bigger group. Very Homey feel, nice deck and fire pit area. Well equipped. The sleeper sofa isn't very comfortable so consider an air mattress if you have 8. Good location for access to hiking, fishing, etc without being right in town. Fun times!"

  • Comfortable, well-furnished log-cabin style home!

"Our family (5 adults, two children) spent three days in this comfortable cabin-style home close to Grand Lake. We had ample room for playing games, chatting, stretching out on the large sectional sofa and reading books, having morning coffee on the deck, and cooking together in the well-furnished kitchen. The home is light and airy, and the upper level open loft gives it a very spacious feeling, even though there are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The main floor master bedroom is perfect for those early risers to sneak out onto the deck with morning coffee while not disturbing the late sleepers. We had been at a family wedding in Tabernash prior to our arrival, and had been on the road for three days prior to that, so it was great to have the washer and dryer handy and to have two full bathrooms (one upstairs and one on the main level.) The large outdoor deck allowed the children to play outside, but still be close enough that we could keep an eye on them easily. We enjoyed several hikes at the East Inlet Trail (Adam's Falls) which allows you to walk into Rocky Mountain National Park. We also took a day trip over Trail Ridge Road -- also very close to the cabin. There were several grocery store options nearby for supplies. The house has lovely views of snow-capped peaks from several of the large windows. We would recommend this home as a retreat for a couple or for a larger family group. A great gathering place, close to hiking trails, beautiful lakes, and amazing views!"
