  • Great Condo

"Nice place. It's a little crowded for 9 people but there are plenty of extra linens and towels. The unit is also on the first floor which makes packing luggage in and out nice. The club house is great and has a huge area upstairs to relax."

  • Wonderful base for family get together

"We so enjoyed our stay in this property last week. With my 2 adult children and their spouses and a 15 month old grandchild the layout of this condo was excellent for us all to have private space and also common visiting room too. Having a pack and play for our grandchild was very convenient also. The adult kids enjoyed the proximity of the condo to skiing while we enjoyed the fact that just up beyond the condo parking were two great trails for snowshoeing. I also very much enjoyed being near the top of the Wildernest area both for the more lovely and private views, but also for a great loop road to take daily walks on. Ginger was very responsive to questions and made the rental process easy. We'd love to stay here again !"

  • Wonderful stay in this Comfy Condo

"We loved our stay in Linda's condo; it had everything we could want in a home away from home for 5 nights. Two bedrooms two baths ( it is actually set up like two complete master suites and easily could be two couples or even a family or two with kids thanks to the bunkbeds in one of the rooms plus the double( or queen) , complete kitchen, lovely deck ( we say mama and baby moose one morning just outside our balcony!) - also you can see Lake Dillon in the distance. It was truly lovely and a wonderful bargain - no way could you get two hotel rooms for this price . Very clean and comfortable. Some have said beds weren't great but we slept like babies! Even the couch was comfy and large. Having washer dryer in unit was a nice touch too. There even was some fridge stuff available - butter, condiments - and the cabinets were well stocked with spices and kitchen equipment , even coffee. All soaps and dishwasher stuff was provided even laundry detergent ( maybe it depends on what a previous guest has left behind). Bathroom had shampoo and lotion, as well as hand soap. Very convenient and a nice touch. Linda was great about all the details before we arrived and she was very nice and easy to work with. Just loved it and would definitely stay again ( I shouldn't let the secret get out about how great it was!)"

  • Wonderful Family Vacation:)

"We stayed at the Summit Peaks South Cabin and it was absolutely perfect! There was up to 15 of us at one point and there were enough beds/space to fit the entire family! Everyone had their own bed, some shared a room, and we all had clean sheets/towels. The kitchen was very up to date and decent size filled with all the amenities you needed. The front porch had a hammock and the back deck had a grill/jacuzzi. I am an early riser so I went walking every morning and right near the house there was hiking trails you could go on, very safe. We went in June so the days were hot and the nights were cold so be prepared to bring layers! The town was only a 5 minute drive down the mountain and there were shopping outlets for everyone's convenience. The house does have another unit connected "North Lodge" but we never heard our neighbors. Be cautious of how many cars you bring bc both units need to share the driveway. We were lucky enough to not have neighbors until the very last 2 days. Also, everywhere is dog friendly!!"
