"We stayed a week at this amazing condo. Everything looked exactly liked it was pictured. Very clean and nice. Steve was very helpful as well. I plan on renting again, and would highly encourage you to do the same as well. You will not be disappointed at all. No bad things to say about this place, would give it 100%"

  • Perfect mountain condo! Amazing views and close to everything in Summit County!

"The spacious 3 bedroom unit worked great for our whole family and its only ten minutes from Keystone. Best view out the living room and bedroom that we've ever seen. Great master suite upstairs with two bedrooms and another bath on the main floor. There was a very large (10-12 person) hot tub directly beneath the unit in the club house. We used it twice a day and never saw another person there! The inside was immaculate and had a well furnished kitchen ready to serve dinner for 8 on very nice dishes. I've between staying in Summit County for 16 years and this was easily the best deal. Great price and everything you could want."

  • Great Condo

"Nice place. It's a little crowded for 9 people but there are plenty of extra linens and towels. The unit is also on the first floor which makes packing luggage in and out nice. The club house is great and has a huge area upstairs to relax."

  • Beautiful area, nice cabin

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Heeney cabin in early June. Four adults and two kids were very well accommodated, though please note that there is no longer a twin/trundle in the fourth bedroom. It has been replaced by twin bunk beds. This would have been a problem for us if the other 2 adults we had planned for would have been able to come on the trip, but since they had to cancel it all worked out well. The hike around Lower Cataract was spectacular, and took us about 1.5 hours at a leisurely pace. Driving into town was a bit further than expected (the dirt road part), but the rented minivan handled it just fine. We enjoyed watching the antics of the hummingbirds, listening to the coyote pack at night, and seeing deer every morning on the property. The campfire was fun, though the 5 gallon buckets of water were not at the site as stated in the paperwork. Also, bring your own marshmallow roasters! The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. As for the local area, the tour of historic buildings in Frisco was a fun way to spend a couple of hours, and the kids enjoyed the passports they got to stamp in every building. Bike rental in Frisco also worked out well, and the trail up to Copper Mountain is fantastic, though not for small kids or casual riders. Copper Mountain also has a deal in the summer months for $49 where you can ride the lift up and down the mountain as many times in a day as you like (we got to witness a wedding at the top), ride the zip line across the lake (kind of small, but fun), jump on the trampoline-with-bungees thing, and play miniature golf. You can also pay for each individually, but it's much better as a package deal. Fishing on Lower Cataract Lake only yielded 1 fish, but it was a beauty. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay."
