  • Great accommodations

"We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely condo in the heart of Winter Park during our 12 night stay over our Christmas vacation. It was within walking distance to town, Hideway park and the lift shuttle. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, loved the heated floors, washer/dryer and the comfy furniture. Plenty of hot water for showers for everyone after a day of skiing. It is more spacious than the pictures look. The hot tub and pool were just a few steps away and enjoyable after a long day at the slopes. This unit is on the 3rd floor which Is accessible by the stairway or an elevator. The unit is also very quiet. The owners were excellent to work with and responded to any questions we had immediately."

  • great condo!

"This Dillon condo is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and Frank is very helpful. It has an outstanding view of the lake and mountains. Having a car, a major plus is that it is conveniently located to easily day ski the numerous major resorts along the I-70 corridor. Close to restaurants and shopping as well. Thanks Frank, we hope to return again."

  • Terrific home and gracious host

"My wife and I had the pleasure of renting this fantastic home for 1 week (Aug. 17-24, 2016) in Keystone, Colorado. Everything was as advertised. Unlike many renters, the owner adjusted the rental rate to the size of the rental party, which made the rental rate for us (just my wife and I) very reasonable. Keystone and the Colorado Rockies are unbelievably beautiful in late summer, and the weather was fantastic. It was a nice break from the ultra-hot weather back home. The home was huge, and every room was beautifully finished. There are lots beds, and this property would be very comfortable for large families or groups. It was located just a couple minutes off I-70, and a couple minutes from the Keystone slopes. It was only about an hour from downtown Denver. We partook in horseback riding, Cubs-Rockies baseball, mountain exploring, other tourist activities, and concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheater (only 45 minutes away....anyone who has never been there, I'd highly recommend you see a concert there!). The local community are wonderful people, and there are a lot of great restaurants and shops nearby. There are also several fantastic golf courses minutes away from the house. We are already looking at next year's schedule to find a time to come back and spend more time here. It was tremendous! Thanks to the owner, who was very gracious. We'd highly recommend this place."
