  • Great location to downtown area and trails.

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Coming from lower altitudes we found the hike to the 3rd floor a little winding the first few days, but as we acclimated it was a good way to burn extra calories. The condo met our needs quite nicely. A ceiling fan in the front bedroom would be a nice addition, however. The kitchen was well supplied. We choose not to use the grill since it was in need of major cleaning and we were on vacation. The proximity to the down town area and the trails was great. Even though we were not too far from I70 it was nice and quiet for the most part."

  • Comfortable place to enjoy playing in the snow

"My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciate the accommodating staff for getting the place ready to let us check in before the appointed time. It meant a great deal after a long drive. We loved the mud room and the ski locker too- no mess carried into our rooms and living space. My husband's favorite things were the espresso machine and the gas grill. The list goes on, and bottom line is, we give this place a two thumbs up. Highly recommend!"

  • Can't Wait to Go Back!

"A weeks stay at this beautiful condo left the four of us with such a positive feeling for Steamboat Springs, we can't wait to go back and we will definitely request this same unit. Clean, well appointed and comfortable with ample space for our needs. The balcony, overlooking the babbling stream and open space was the perfect place for Happy Hour after a full day of hiking, tubing and other adventures, all made possible by a very convenient location for either walking to the ski village or catching the free shuttle and free city buses to everywhere we wanted to go and when we wanted to venture out. We considered spending more money for one of several "corporate owned or nationally recognized brand hotels" but very glad we didn't. We found that they offered less, but charged more. The convenience and overall comfort of #A205 was everything we could have hoped for and more. Can't help but wonder if they would be willing to sell it to us. Think we'll inquire through the management company. A big Thanks to the owners for allowing us the rent this unit and to Courtney (property manager) for making our stay so effortless."

  • Family Getaway

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the condo! We wish we could have had an earlier check in time, but it was not available. The condo was clean, but in one of the bedrooms, the closet door was off and there was one pair of dirty socks in the condo when we arrived. We also went down to use the hot tubs and both of them were cold! It looks like during the summer only one is warm, but both were cold, so that was a bummer. Overall though, our stay was very nice."
