  • Wonderful Family Vacation:)

"We stayed at the Summit Peaks South Cabin and it was absolutely perfect! There was up to 15 of us at one point and there were enough beds/space to fit the entire family! Everyone had their own bed, some shared a room, and we all had clean sheets/towels. The kitchen was very up to date and decent size filled with all the amenities you needed. The front porch had a hammock and the back deck had a grill/jacuzzi. I am an early riser so I went walking every morning and right near the house there was hiking trails you could go on, very safe. We went in June so the days were hot and the nights were cold so be prepared to bring layers! The town was only a 5 minute drive down the mountain and there were shopping outlets for everyone's convenience. The house does have another unit connected "North Lodge" but we never heard our neighbors. Be cautious of how many cars you bring bc both units need to share the driveway. We were lucky enough to not have neighbors until the very last 2 days. Also, everywhere is dog friendly!!"

  • Wonderful Home with Beautiful Views

"We recently stayed at this Beautiful home and it was a wonderful getaway. The home is very accommodating for multiple families or couples. We had 7 people and had more than enough room. There is no TV in the main living space which was nice for conversation and quiet time, but also would have enjoyed having a TV instead of all having to go to the upstairs bonus room, to watch a Football game. Could use a new Coffee Pot and dish towels. It was nice being off the beaten path and up in the mountains, but could be in town in 10 minutes if wanted. Enjoyed the hot tub very much and overall everything was great. Our only complaint is the lack of communication with the property manager. I had to call 2 times before someone called me back the day before we left to Colorado to get the address and how to access the home. Then I was told to call another person, Scott, whom finally called me back. I was told to call or text him if we needed anything while we were there. I text him twice to see if he could assist with the upstairs fireplace (which did not work) and did not get any response at all. Then the day we were leaving (check out 10AM) he text me at 10:15 and said the cleaning crew were waiting (we were running a little behind). We thought that was rude that he never responded to our text but was able to text then. Only pointing this out for the homeowner to know, I am glad we did not need anything major or serious."

  • Great Place to stay

"We really enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient to everything we wanted: shopping, amenity center (pool and hot tub), lakes and dining. Had a great time using the grill and watching the sunset over the mountains. Property was very clean and had all cooking items you would need. Can't beat 50 degree mornings and 75 degree afternoons in August."

  • Very cozy, very quiet, very clean condo in a great location nearby a walking trail and main street

"First of all...Jennie was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating and very responsive. You are able to walk to town to shop, browse or eat at some of the wonderful restaurants Frisco has to offer. One day we picked up a trail a block or two behind the condo and walked to Lake Dillon...didn't make it all around the lake though! We were amazed at how quiet the condo was; great for when you want to sleep. The location is perfect for being able to access many ski resorts; we went to Copper, Breckenridge and Beaver Creek. If we had more time, we would have easily been able to go to Vail, A Basin and Keystone from our location. The condo was clean and very comfortable to settle in with a book at night. We are definitely returning to Frisco and will definitely stay at this condo again!"
