  • Beautiful!

"The unit is even nicer than the picture conveys. It was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of games, movies, books available, the view is fantastic and it is a ski in ski out. The snow was gone right by the patio so we did have to walk up steps to actually ski out but it was late spring. There were quite a few steps to get to the unit, from the parking area, so even though there are elevators and carts available for luggage, you still have to unload the cart to climb a few sets of steps (not many steps per landing) to get to the unit when you're unloading. It was great having a storage unit right outside the front door for skis. The front desk was extremely helpful and the courtesy van was available within a couple of minutes, every time we called. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Only issue was some spotty Wi-fi in certain rooms, but that fluctuated. Wonderful property and experience!"

  • Would give 3.5 stars if I could....

"Stayed 5 nights in this unit. This is our fourth consecutive year at Snowmass and we decided to try a condo instead of the Westin or Viceroy. Pros: Close to slopes - less than 2" walk to Fanny Hill. Ski down to Village Express. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice common area with sofa, two comfy chairs, fireplace and dining table. 7" or so walk to Snowmass mall (via shortcut path). Laundry in master bedroom. HDTV. Membership to Snowmass Club - very nice workout facility but approximately 8" drive from condo. Unit overlooks the hot tub. Management company friendly and responsive. Cons: The king bed in the master bedroom is awful - I could feel every single movement my husband made throughout the night. Very difficult to cool the unit down at night using the "Lo/Hi" thermostat - had to leave windows cracked in order to have a comfortable sleeping environment. Sometimes would get too cold as a result. The bathroom in the master bedroom is tiny with minimal counter space. The bathroom outside the master is bigger with two sinks and bathtub/shower. Upstairs unit must have no carpet as we could hear every footstep from noisy neighbors toward the end of our stay. Certainly not the fault of this property but still annoying when a 4 year old wakes up at 630am every day and starts running around the unit nonstop. Overall, 3.5 stars for reasons given above. We enjoyed the extra space, kitchen and laundry - compared to a hotel - but the master bedroom bed is quite possibly a deal breaker for us for a future stay."

  • Great views

"The new beds are super comfortable! The TiVo worked great for the Super Bowl. And the snow blowers came in handy."

  • Clean, quiet, and well run

"I stayed here in the summer, so it was affordable and not very busy, which was nice. The only drawback was that's the time of year when they do all the road construction, so getting around involved a few delays. But overall, it's a great, affordable alternative to staying in Aspen."
