  • Like renting a friends house in Steamboat

"We have rented about 20 different places all of the world on VRBO. This is a terrific house in the town of Steamboat. It is in a residential neighborhood, so it is literally like renting a friends house in Steamboat. The house is very nice, clean and well stocked. Any small issue we had-like no lime squeezer for our margaritas, we would mention to Jane when she would check in and BOOM she is at the door with a lime squeezer and glasses. The care she took of her home and us was fantastic. We were there to ski, two families, 4 kids...Lots of room to spread out. You have to drive to the mountain-take about 7-10 min max and park. But the Steamboat parking situation is very easy to navigate and if you are at the mountain before 9am parking is free. There is a small local sledding hill close by and when we were there the snow was epic! The kids loved going in the hot tub and brining snow balls with them"

  • Steamboat Oasis

"We had a great stay in Steamboat at Holly's Grace Place! The condo is beautifully appointed and so very comfortable. The location could not be better with Main Street just one block up and so many wonderful restaurants and stores within a short walk. Easy to jump on the bus to the mountain, or do as we did and park in the free Meadow's lot. We will definitely book with her again!"

  • Nice little condo, redone granite in kitchen and master bath, not comfy master bed

"Really happy with the unit, overall. It's an older building, but still nice enough. Mostly quiet neighborhood with view of the ski mountain from the main deck, and a short 5 minute drive to downtown. Furniture was a little dated/eclectic (think "80's southwest"), but it didn't bother us. Nicely done kitchen and master bathroom with granite (REALLY nice shower). Garage was a bit small, but convenient (our RAV4 fit in there fine, but a bigger SUV would be tight). Biggest complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom--it was pretty uncomfortable, to the point where I was waking up several times a night (hence 4 starts instead of 5; interesting that the 2nd bedroom's bed was quite comfortable). But overall, good place, and I would likely stay there again, especially if a better mattress was put on that master bed."

  • Awesome 5 Bedroom, great for girls weekend!

"Condo is perfect for a large group --everyone has their own space, but the common space is wonderful for games, cooking and fun. Well appointed --everything you need to cook"
