  • Luxury Accommodations and a Fantastic Location

"We spent 12 nights in the condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been coming to Steamboat Springs annually since 2002 and were in town to visit friends who live in Steamboat Springs and Stagecoach. We prefer to visit during "mud season" and the late summer when most of the tourist have gone home. We had our dog (Welsh terrier) traveling with us and received advance approval for him to stay with us. The location is fantastic. It is in walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants, as well as being adjacent to the walking trail along the Yampa River. If you have a pet, you are only one block from a park where you can exercise your pet. The location is quiet. Access to the location is very convenient and the private parking garage is a bonus for storage of you vehicle and bikes. Instructions for accessing the location were easy to follow. This is an excellent location if you are a cyclist because of easy access to the trails and roads. The property has three large bedrooms, a family room, kitchen and laundry room. While we only had a total of four guests in our party, it was obvious that 6-8 people would comfortably fit in the property. The bedrooms are upstairs with the family room, kitchen and laundry room downstairs. Major appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and televisions) were in good condition and operated properly. There is also a deck with seating for eight that overlooks Yampa Street and the Yampa River. We used the propane BBQ on the deck to cook several meals with outstanding results. The location was clean and well maintained. A large supply of consumables (i.e., dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) was provided. There was also a generous supply of towels. We primarily used email to communicate with the owners, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a quiet, convenient, luxury location in downtown Steamboat Springs."

  • Convenient, clean with nice updates and great decorating

"My husband, daughter, son-in-law and twin 13-month old grandsons enjoyed this well maintained and beautifully decorated condo. It was very convenient to all of the activities in the area - and we appreciated being on the ground floor. We were able to park all of our bikes and bike trailer for the boys in the back of the building, right outside the condo's patio, making them very convenient to access! The kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space for food prep - and the dining area was perfect for the 6 of us. The boys really liked the long hallway with wood floors for racing their trucks and cars. There was also very nice space for them to play in the living room when we moved the table in front of the sliding glass door. The bathrooms were spacious - and the master bath provided ample room to bathe the boys in the tub. The showers were great - lots of water pressure. While we didn't use the pool due to less-than-perfect weather and other activities we had planned - it looked very nice (better than the photos), with nice furniture (lounge chairs and tables and chairs). The water was warm as well - 83 degrees. The owners are very responsive and generous - they let us check in as early as we wanted on the day we arrived and stay as late as we wanted on the day we checked out. This enabled us to gain a full extra day of activities! While we saw many others departing Sunday morning - we headed out on our bikes and then were able to spend a few hours at Old Town Hot Springs in the afternoon. The only suggestion we'd have is to fix the sliding glass door. It is very difficult to open and close (neither my daughter nor I could open or close it). Otherwise - everything was great!"
