  • Homey feel with a wonderful location

"If you're looking for somewhere you can bring your pets and is close to everything, this is a great place and location. But, if you're looking for something totally updated and modern, this may not be for you. The condo is probably around 30 years old with some updates and is kept very clean. That being said, it fit our family of 6 and 2 Goldendoodles very well and we loved our stay there! Less than 2 blocks off Main Street, we could easily walk everywhere. Jim was wonderful with correspondence and very accommodating. It would be great if they had tower fans for each bedroom though. All windows don't have screens so we didn't get much of a breeze but the fans would have taken care of that. I do believe it has been an unusually warm summer there plus we are all used to sleeping with a fan circulating air around us so this may not be a big deal for others. We loved our time there and would definitely recommend this homey place."

  • Convenient location; great value; kind and friendly property owners.

"We spent the week of Labor Day in Tom and Myra's condo. It was easy to find and very convenient to downtown Breckenridge. It is an uphill walk from downtown to the condo, which provided a great way to get acclimated to the altitude! Wifi and television service were excellent. Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and dishes. Given this is the tail end of the summer season, it was very quiet. We were the only ones in the hot tub when we used it. Tom and Myra provided excellent communications and recommendations for restaurants, hikes, etc. We hiked the Lily Pad Lake trail (near Dillon), and rented bikes from Alpine Sports to ride from Vail Pass to Frisco. It was a fabulous week, and the weather was perfect."

  • Great property, Great location.

"We just returned from a 5 night stay at the Cirque. We were traveling with 2 children, ages 3 and 7, and this property location is ideal for easy access to the ski school. We also appreciated the covered parking with your own designated ski locker. This property has a heated outdoor pool and a very nice hot tub. The pool was a little too cool for my taste but my kids loved it and I could watch them easily from the hot tub. The property is clean and quiet. Our condo was perfect for what we needed. It had modern décor with a full kitchen that was fully supplied for all cooking needs. Very nice appliances including dishwasher along with a washer and dryer which was great. Our location provided very easy access to the pool and a main chair lift was just a short walk away. I don't have any negative comments. We were overall very pleased with the property and would stay here in the future."
