  • Luxury Accommodations and a Fantastic Location

"We spent 12 nights in the condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been coming to Steamboat Springs annually since 2002 and were in town to visit friends who live in Steamboat Springs and Stagecoach. We prefer to visit during "mud season" and the late summer when most of the tourist have gone home. We had our dog (Welsh terrier) traveling with us and received advance approval for him to stay with us. The location is fantastic. It is in walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants, as well as being adjacent to the walking trail along the Yampa River. If you have a pet, you are only one block from a park where you can exercise your pet. The location is quiet. Access to the location is very convenient and the private parking garage is a bonus for storage of you vehicle and bikes. Instructions for accessing the location were easy to follow. This is an excellent location if you are a cyclist because of easy access to the trails and roads. The property has three large bedrooms, a family room, kitchen and laundry room. While we only had a total of four guests in our party, it was obvious that 6-8 people would comfortably fit in the property. The bedrooms are upstairs with the family room, kitchen and laundry room downstairs. Major appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and televisions) were in good condition and operated properly. There is also a deck with seating for eight that overlooks Yampa Street and the Yampa River. We used the propane BBQ on the deck to cook several meals with outstanding results. The location was clean and well maintained. A large supply of consumables (i.e., dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) was provided. There was also a generous supply of towels. We primarily used email to communicate with the owners, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a quiet, convenient, luxury location in downtown Steamboat Springs."

  • An amazing Steamboat property!

"We recently returned home from a week of spring skiing in Steamboat and staying in this Chadwick Estates home. There were 10 of us--4 adults and 6 kids, ages 9-13. This is a beautiful home and provided us with a great place to relax and enjoy meals and downtime after a full day of skiing. The layout of the home contributes to it feeling very spacious and consequently, we never felt crowded. The kids loved the lower level with the billiard table and TV with theater seating. The main level of the home is great with a spacious kitchen and enormous center island and a dining room table that accommodated all 10 of us for meals. The great room off the dining room has cathedral ceilings and a huge gas fireplace and another large television. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with Wolf appliances, a large pantry, and two dishwashers so there was plenty of room for storing and preparing food for 10 of us for the week. The home has an upper deck off the great room/dining room that has a gas grill and a lower deck off the theater room that has a hottub, gas firepit, and overhead gas heater to keep the space warm. The house has speakers throughout and over both decks and enjoying whole home music only improved our experience. The bedrooms are spacious with large and beautifully appointed bathrooms. The home is adorned with custom woodwork that is beautiful. We took the private shuttle to and from the gondola square each day and it was effortless and usually picked us up within 10 minutes of calling. The community pool and hot tub are only about 100 yds away from the front door and an easy walk after a day of skiing. Overall, staying in this Chadwick Estates home was awesome and contributed to this Steamboat vacation being one of the best ever."

  • Awesome location, tons of room, fantastic condo!

"We stayed in Phoenix 212 over Christmas. There was plenty of room to gather as family and friends all together! The kids loved the bunk room to have as their own get-away space. The walk to the slopes was easy, and the shuttle was always there within 5 minutes to take us anywhere our large group needed to go. Jane was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was available 24/7 for any pre-trip questions as well as during our stay. We are already planning another trip, and this condo will be our first choice!"

  • Gorgeous., warm , lovely place!!

"My family cannot believe how amazing the house was!!!! This place was amazing!!!!!! We walked/jogged up the road across the street from the condo every single day.. We met all of the people in the homes above., and got to know their dogs.. The pool and jacuzzi area was so relaxing.. Never busy., and simply inviting and calming.. We grilled a couple nights and used all the puzzles that were supplied.. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, so kids and us had plenty of space... Grocery stores., and the Steamboat Village 4 minutes away... What a wonderful, wonderful place!!! Thank you for a most amazing time!!!!!"
