  • Incredible Ski House

"Our family gathered for a week together in Arrowhead and couldn't be happier with the experience. First, the house is perfect. The large great room was a perfect place to hang out by the fire after hitting the slopes, and the open kitchen allowed us to all be together while making dinner. Everyone was extremely pleased with the spacious bedrooms, and the basement was great - lots of ping pong until late into the evening. My only regret was being too polite to the competition! The house is perfectly situated just a short walk to the Arrowhead ski lift, which is one of the best ways to access Beaver Creek, and is a 5-minute drive into Edwards, which has a bunch of great places to eat. Pro tip: Happy hour at Zino cannot be beat! It was truly a special vacation staying at the Arrowhead house. Thank you for a great week. Highly recommended."

  • Breck Christmas 2016...the best!

"Excellent accommodations and location for a family vacation! The unit is perfect for ski in/ski out and is an easy walk to town...no need for a car to get around from this location. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a (ski) vacation in Breck. You are steps away from the slopes and everything the mountain has to offer. The Quicksilver lift is right out the front door and the ability to end your day by skiing right back to the door is very fun and convenient! The four bedroom unit easily accommodated our party of 11 and there is ample space on the main floor for everyone to relax and enjoy the evenings in front of the fire. The kitchen and dining area are well equipped and has everything you need to make meals throughout the day or enjoy a family dinner. The indoor ski rack area was very helpful and spacious...we were easily able to store all our equipment (skis and gear for 10) and it doesn't take away from the living space. Having access to the garage was also a plus...you can park vehicles indoors and have extra storage for luggage, etc. during the stay. This is a great property and would definitely recommend it for a vacation rental any time of year. We would definitely rent again...looking forward to it!"

  • Great pet friendly base camp for Colorado adventures

"We drove to Avon from New York to visit Colorado-based family. It was such a pleasure to arrive after a LONG trip and find the Westin studio at the end of our journey. The studio was as expected. Clean, quiet and convenient to all things Avon/Beaver Creek. The Westin staff were always gracious and helpful. The Westin facilities were lovely, particularly the infinity hot tubs after a long day of hiking! We would stay again the next time we are in Avon."

  • Colorado Family Vacation

"This rental was perfect for our first family vacation - 8 adults and 4 children. This house had everything - enough space for everyone - each of our children and their spouses along with their children had their own bedrooms and baths; fully stocked kitchen that made it so easy for us to prepare breakfast and dinner; enough sheets and towels for everyone; and a washer and dryer to help with the kids clothes. The décor and furnishings had such a personal touch. (The owner even made arrangements so that we would have a crib, a pack n' play, and a high chair waiting for us when we arrived.) We never had the feeling that we were staying in a rental - this was a magnificent home that provided a welcoming atmosphere. Located on a beautiful winding street, the home is close enough to neighbors, but not too close so our privacy was assured. Close to Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckinridge as well as other local areas, we were able to take daily adventures and return "home." Another added feature which was especially good for the two younger children was the close proximity to some really great parks and tot lots. We would recommend this property to anyone who is interested in being close to Colorado hot spots, yet enjoys all the comforts of home."
