  • Location AAA+++++

    "Great location. Walk to the Gondola. You can feel comfortable turning your teens/pre-teens loose for early tracks while you have a late breakfast as there is no need for a shuttle. Bedrooms each have their own bath and are on opposite ends of the unit so there is privacy for all. Ground floor means no stairs in ski boots! I would only suggest adding a TV in the second bedroom and updating kitchen utensils.....small issues."

  • Nice condo

    "We have stayed at the Timber Run condos a few times, but this is the first time in this specific unit. Timber Run is a nice complex. We stayed her for Labor Day, and our kids greatly enjoy the pool and the hot tub. It's an easy bike ride down to the path that runs along the river. The floorplan is well set-up for families. We had two families staying here, and there was a master bedroom for each set of adults, and 2 kids bedrooms. Each master is next to a kids room, and the two sets are on different floors, which provides a nice separation. One of the kids rooms is open with just a shade separating it from downstairs, so it can be a bit noisy. The floorplan is open, which is nice. The downsides of this unit are that first it faces the road, which makes it a little noisy for falling asleep with the windows open. This won't be a problem in winter. Second, there was a bit of a musty smell. We opened the windows, and that helped considerably, but the towels and beddings were a bit musty still. Perhaps this unit hadn't been used in a while."
