  • Highly recommend this Condo for the Perfect Family Ski getaway!

"Location is Great.....owners/managers couldn't have been any more accommodating, hospitable, and helpful! Condo is super nice and in great proximity to everything. The property's shuttle service is super pronto and make getting around no problem whether it's slope access or downtown for shopping and/or restaurants. Truly a great experience and we couldn't have been more pleased!"

  • Nice place to stay when visiting Steamboat!

"We just concluded a 5 night stay at this property. We all had a great time skiing, tubing, ice skating and visiting the hot springs. Our kids, ages 6 and 4, loved the spacious living room where they could lay on the floor and watch a movie at night before bed. Overall the layout and space is great - roomy bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and a decent sized kitchen, dining room and living room. The location is pretty decent, just a short drive to the ski hill or to the town. In winter, especially with children, neither is really walkable, but the drive was really quick regardless of where we went (except tubing, which is 15 miles out of town). One thing to note is the free bus doesn't drive by the townhome, so you will need to drive (or walk, if no young kids) to where you are headed. Overall we would recommend this townhome - it's a great, affordable place to stay in Steamboat."

  • January 2017 Stay

"The location (walk-out ski in), view, beds, and showers in this unit are great, and those are the most important things for us. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, too (needs a vegetable steamer and more food storage containers). The lighting for reading in the living room is poor, and the refrigerator makes a huge amount of noise. It would be nice to know in advance that the laundry doesn't have a change machine. We appreciated the every-other-day trash collection. It would be even better if you had recycling. I felt really bad putting all those cans and bottles in the trash. The hot tub location is awkward, and we never could make our key work in the gate."
