  • Perfect Getaway

"Our place was great. Biggest disappointment was the Gondola wasn't running until the day we checked out. It made for a perfect getaway. The lease agreement instructed us to leave the place as we had found it. There is not $100 worth of any cleaning left for anyone to do, but yet it was in the cost and nonrefundable."

  • Cute little condo!

"I thought this condo was pretty much perfect. Although smaller than you would think, it had everything we needed. We were able to fit 7 adults in their 20s and 30s in the condo. The 2.5 baths is great and the kitchen was very large with plenty of seating. I thought the location was perfect. There is a bus stop across the street that can bring you to the lifts. It is also an easy walk to main street, especially the Breckenridge Brewery. My only 2 "complaints" (its a stretch to call it a true complaint) is the condo is kind of small and was difficult for us to all sit comfortably in the living room and we had to wait to get in the hot tub one night because it was too full. I think I am being too picky! Overall, great place. I would stay here again."

  • Beautiful home. Gorgeous views.

"My sisters and I met up in Breckenridge with our families and this was the perfect house for our trip. Besides being a lovely home with incredible views, it is well furnished, well stocked, and has all the amenities you could ask for. We loved hanging out on the deck with our coffee in the morning and our wine in the evening. Great kitchen, bar and dining area for a big group. Super fun game room. The theater room is amazing! The hot tub was a popular spot. Spent the last night with the whole group around the fire pit. Very comfortable and a convenient ride to town. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend it."

  • Great Stay!

"This condo is large with a very good floor plan, there are two bedrooms with king size beds and one with 2 bunk beds that would fit a lot of people. Lots of places nearby to walk dogs and take a stroll. It was very comfortable and clean, kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Convenient access to the free shuttle and downtown. The owner was very nice and let us bring our 11 month old puppy, we love to travel with our dog. The patio was nice to sit on in the evening and read/talk/drink wine. One con, mostly for me and not the rest of my party was no AC (very common in the Colorado mountains). I am very sensitive to heat and this condo is East facing so it gets very intense morning sun. The room with the bunk beds was the hottest as it has only 1 window and is East facing. There are ceiling fans in every room and the owner has provided other fans as well which kept the temp fairly comfortable, but I would hesitate to stay there in July or August or during a heat wave."
