  • Great Condo, Manager and Owners!

"I have rented several places in Steamboat over the years and this year's vacation was the BEST due to the full package. Mother Nature was good to us; the very comfy condo is in a great location; Kim the manager is extremely detail oriented in not only caring for the condo, but providing lots of detailed information about your trip from the airport, the condo complex and the town. The condo is very nice and accurately reflected in the pictures. The views were awesome. The ski locker was perfect. Kept our skis there. We carried our boots and walked to the base every day. Slightly uphill in the morning, helped by the elevator at One Steamboat Place, and perfectly downhill after a day of skiing. ( I am sure it is easier than the downhill steps in the AM and uphill steps PM to access the transportation circle). The condo is very well-stocked, especially paper products. The kitchen is a small galley, so if you need two chefs in one space this is not the condo for you. Because the kitchen is well-stocked there was limited space for groceries, but we had enough space for us for the week. We used the Wild Plum market for small grocery pick-ups, but learned quickly it is a good place to grab lunch. The mountain lodges charge approx. $17.00 for a sandwich or chili and NO sides, including fries. That might work for a day trip but not a week. The Wild Plum has sandwiches, burgers, quesadilla, for $7 and fries for $1.25. The pizza looked good but we did not try. We phoned in our lunch order at the top of the gondola, skied down, quick walk to store. They have tables for lunch. The location of the condo was as comfortable as the condo itself. The beds, furniture, showers, everything....really!"

  • Fantastic finish, private setting

"This unit is exactly as seen in photos. Everything is well appointed and in good working condition. The finish is great and well kept. One negative is the distance from the ski resort and town (5 minutes) but that's exactly what our group wanted. We would absolutely stay here again!"

  • Great Place

"Location is everything when you take the kids skiing. First time taking our two kids skiing and this place nailed it. It's located at the base of the gondola, ticketing, ski rental place, it really is the place to be without spending an arm and a leg on lodging. Plus there is a nearby small grocery/liquor store that served us well for the 4 day stay. We did not have a car and the public transportation is fantastic to get into town for some good eats. We comfortably fit 3 adults, one teenager, and child in here. And Rick was super friendly and accommodating while we are there and handled anything we needed including recommendations and directions. Looking forward to returning again soon as the kids are hooked on skiing. And the Steamboat ski school is worth every penny."

  • Couldn't have asked for more

"We couldn't have asked for more! We felt right at home the minute we stepped inside. It had all our family of five needed. The location is excellent and we could either grab the bus, walk, or drive a short distance to all the local attractions. When we have a chance to go back to Steamboat Springs, we won't hesitate to book with Holly again."
