  • A great place to stay!

"My wife, two daughters and my in-laws stayed at Linda's place in June of 2016. It was a great place to stay. There was enough room for all our family, the table was big and we could all eat there without any issues. The condo was equipped with plenty of extra towels and blankets. The kids slept on the pull-out bed in the living room without any issue. Linda's instructions to us were helpful and the property was very clean. The condo was literally steps away from many shops and places to eat. Our girls loved the pool and there were three hot tubs for the adults. The view from the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this unit to others!"

  • Great location, great skiing

"Walk to the lifts, or the Copper Village with restaurants, pubs and ski/board village shopping. Comfortable condo with full kitchen - enjoyed having a hot breakfast (omelets, egg sammich) for breakfast before tackling the 2300 acres of mountain skiing that you can see out the bay window. The hot tub felt great after a long day of skiing! The owner was helpful and we would stay there again for sure :)"

  • Very nice

"This is the cleanest condo we have rented. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The rooms were quiet an the beds were very comfortable. The living area was very roomy. There was a large washer and dryer in the kitchen. There were lots of towels. There was a very nice large swimming pool and a great hot tub. Short walk to grocery store, restaurant, shops and hiking."

  • Spotless, updated and perfect condo in the perfect location.

"We stayed in this condo for 3 nights during the Breckenridge Oktoberfest. First things first, the condo is impeccable. It is extremely roomy, spotless and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook and has great appliances. We cooked breakfast each morning. The bathrooms are large and had everything we needed. All of the furniture is extremely comfortable. The king size bed is super comfortable and we slept like babies. The 2 humidifiers are a great touch for those of us not used to dryness of the Colorado mountains. The view from the condo is very nice as well. You are looking right over the Blue River on one side and toward Maggie Pond on the other. The location is also perfect. It is just a short 3 or so minute walk to Main Street with all its shops and restaurants (Relish is awesome). It is also close to some nice hiking trails as well as being a maybe 10 minute walk to the gondola. From there you have easy access to several of the peaks. A little bit of advice is if you are coming in from Denver (or from I70) there is a Walmart in Frisco. We stopped there and did a little grocery shopping before checking in (which was very easy). There is also a grocery store in Breckenridge but that is the only place we couldn't walk to. However, there is a handy discount card for the grocery store hanging on the side of the condo's fridge. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future. And if you're looking for a large, clean, updated, perfectly located, comfortable 2 bedroom condo within a block of downtown Breckenridge this is your place. And your bonus is working with the owner, Sarah. She's awesome."
