  • Ideal Location and Wonderful Owner

"We just got back from a trip to Keystone. The location of this condo is wonderful. It's very close to the hot tub and pool. It was a nice surprise that it was still very quiet inside the condo even though it was so close to the amenities. The condo is also very near the front gate which is convenient for brining your skiis in and out, which we loved. It is also a very short walk to the elevator to get to the parking garage. We cooked all of our meals in the condo and it is well appointed for cooking. Tom, the owner is very quick to respond to questions which we appreciated very much. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

  • Beautiful, newly updated, and clean!

"We stayed in this condo for a few nights as a getaway from Denver. We have a toddler and newborn, and the place was really comfortable to setup our kiddos in different areas for sleep. We found the place to be very clean, very bright and inviting, and very modern. They had all sorts of toiletries and food staples stocked in there which was very helpful. The owners put together a compresneive email of instructions which included anything you needed to know! It was a nice way to spend a few days in the early summer. We highly recommend it!"

  • Excellent condo and location in Breckenridge

"We rented the Chimney Ridge Condo for 5 nights in early august of 2016. The condo is very spacious - the top level has a master bedroom with a king bed, dresser, TV, and patio overlooking the driveway area (facing up hill). The master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate shower, and a large closet with two sinks outside of the bathroom. Also on the upper level is a comfortable sitting area loft with two big chairs and a hide-a-bed couch. The main floor is great for hanging out, prepping food, dining and watching TV. There is also a decent sized deck with a patio table and chairs for 4 plus a gas grill (we didn't use the grill). The deck looks downhill with a view of many trees and the condos downhill. You can access the main floor directly from the garage. The kitchen, dining and living room are well laid out and have all the appliances and dishware you would need for a large or small group. There is also a large but dated stereo that plays CDs and cassette tapes, but not Bluetooth or even direct line-in compatible, so if you want to bring music, bring it on CDs. Sound was good. Bottom level has two bedrooms, another bath with tub/shower combo, and laundry. Both bedrooms have TVs also. One bedroom has a queen and a walk-out patio to the hot tub. The hot tub was nice, but seemed a bit over-chlorinated, but that might be the norm since I'm not use to using real hot tubs. The other bedroom has two twins, and a Nintendo Game Cube hooked up to the TV. There were some games, but we didn't use the system to see if it works. What I really appreciated about Chimney Ridge is the location. Just down the street is a place to rent bikes, and also a trailhead for an excellent short and easy hike that follows a small creek and then takes you to a reservoir that is loaded with trout. There are lots of trails to explore in the immediate area that get you above the developed condo area. It's a five minute walk to downtown. Downtown has many restaurants to choose from, and there are great walking/biking paths along the length of the river through town. Downtown is also a Pokémon GO hotspot, with a dozen or so Pokestops and 4 gyms. Suggestions for the owners/managers: Please provide a trail network map - the network is great, but we had to figure it out on our own. Thank you for renting your condo!"
