  • off the charts value for large family!

"We are a family of 6, we fit nicely in this condo. This property is walkable to the gondola which is filled with activities for kids and grown ups. The back of the condo is a walkout -it leading to grassy space and the pool w/barbecue grill is just steps away. The kitchen it totally stocked, there is more than enough seating for meals. We had plenty of towels and pool towels and the washer/dryer was great!!!! The garage is tiny, which was not a big deal during our summer stay, but an SUV would never fit in there. There are carports too that would be helpful in winter. We had a great stay, saw a fox twice in the grassy area at night."

  • Great condo

"This condo is a great deal for the price. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated. The view of the slopes was awesome. You do have to walk a little to ski out, but you can ski right in to the room. The laundry is steps away from the unit as is the hot tub. Suzie was great and helped us with every detail and was able to purchase discounted lift tickets for us. She had them waiting for us on the counter. This condo is conveniently located just a short walk from the transit station where you can shuttle anywhere. I would stay here again. This condo quickly felt like home! We had a great time."

  • Spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay in this condo over the 4th of July holiday. There was plenty of space for all of us (4 adults and 3 small kids!) and we felt right at home. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with all the supplies we needed to make our own meals, and there's a grocery store a few blocks away. If your trip to steamboat involves primarily downtown activities, then you cannot beat the location. It's a block of the main street (Lincoln), right across the street from the river, and just steps to countless restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The caveat is of course the noise factor... we slept with our windows open and were woken all 3 nights by people wandering home from bars, and very early one morning by the garbage trucks. This is to be expected when you're right downtown, but something to consider if you're looking for peace and quiet. Jenni was a great host; very reachable and responsive when we contacted her with questions. She was also accommodating in our request for early check-in, and understanding when we had an unexpected late check out. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!"

  • Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!

"This was our second time to visit Steamboat Springs in the last 3 years. In 2013 we stayed at the Chateau Chamonix. I am always apprehensive about staying in a new place, but boy was i pleasantly surprised when i walked into this little beauty! The pictures here speak true to the beauty of this condo. My daughter rides horses and so i wanted to surprise her with the decor of this place. She LOVED it. She called it cozy the second we walked in. After traveling all day, i was happy to see a complimentary bottle of local wine in the kitchen. :) The entire place has everything you need, just buy your groceries and you are ready to go! Having a ski storage closet right outside your door is perfect, the "ski boot drier" is quiet and awesome for your damp ski boots. The location is perfect as well! The ELEVATOR is closely located, and then no more than a 15yard walk to the ski slope right next to the Slopeside Grill. You put your skis on and ski about 10 seconds down to the Preview, Christie Peak Express or Gondola lifts and off you go! The view from the balcony is beautiful! Especially at night with the ski slopes lit up for night skiing. We loved our entire stay and hated to leave. My daughter is already wanting to plan a return next ski season. We hope to stay longer and do more of the local activities. Thank you Janeth for all the information up front that made our stay seamless! Victor G."
