  • It was great

"First of all, Vail is great. We have been there many times in the winter and this was the first in the summer and we had a great time. I have stayed in many rental houses and this was, by far, the best set up. I enjoy cooking and the kitchen was set up with pots and pans, dishes, spices, coffee, etc. It was by far the best set up in a rental home i have ever seen. Next to that there were golf clubs, bikes, and a great hot tub. There were five of us and we had a huge amount of room. A great time in a great place."

  • Just right for 1 couple.

"Close enough to breck for easy access, yet far enough away your away from the hustle and bustle of main st. The view overlooking the whole town is only a few steps away out the front door. If we are ever back in the area. This is where we will stay. FYI.... The front door is no problem at all."

  • Great home, very clean, great owner!

"This home was occupied by my wife and I along with our parents and dogs. One of our guests was disabled and is unable to climb stairs. This home was perfect with the main floor master suite and very open floor plan including large kitchen (and no stairs to get in/out the front or back). It even had a shower chair available for use by disabled persons. The home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, bath products and TVs in every room. It has a large, western-facing patio with a gas grill. This house sits in a quiet (when we stayed) neighborhood up the hill from town, VERY close proximity to the free town shuttle, and had a very clean, large, private hot tub. The available lock-off apartment was perfect to add another suite-style living space, as it was accessible from its separate entrance or from within the home near the other bedrooms. Walking trails are nearby to keep the dogs tired out. We stayed two nights and couldn't have asked for a better time. Noreen was very helpful and very quick to respond to every one of our (several) inquiries. She was beyond accommodating. Whether it is one couple, a family, or a group of friends, I would recommend this rental to anybody looking to stay in Breckenridge without the commotion and price of downtown and on-peak rentals."

  • Convenient and good value

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds and sitting areas are comfortable. There is underground parking, which is nice in the winter so you don't have to scrap snow off your car in the am. It may not be a new property, but that is reflected in the price, which is excellent. We were there to ski, not hang out all day in the condo. It was a nice place to return to after skiing to fix some dinner and relax. The ski shuttle is really convenient. There is one set of stairs up to the condo, which has to be navigated with all your luggage, but from there there is a luggage cart to get your stuff to/from your car. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the folks upstairs walking around, but that has been my experience in almost all of the condos I have stayed in."
