"The place was our home away from home. It had everything you could need. It was a few minute walk to the shuttle that takes you to any place in town. It's a 10 minute ride to the town of Vail. I will definitely stay there again. What a great place!!!"

"First of all, Vail is BEAUTIFUL and there are TONS of things to do in the area! If you are looking for a vacation, I would definitely recommend here! We took a girls a trip out for the weekend and had a blast! There were enough beds that no one had to share. Two bedrooms were master suites that each had lofts for an additional bed. This would work out great for a family with kiddos! There was also another room that had 4 bunk beds. The house was in great condition. I also appreciate that with 8 girls, there were several bathrooms!! The kitchen was very nice and had everything that we needed for supplies. If you happen to forget something condiment wise they will most likely have some in the garage fridge. They also have some beer and hard liquor out there, they just ask that if you take some, try to leave some. You don't really need a vehicle once you get to the house. Richard, the owner, said they have bikes if you want to check out the area. If you are wanting to get somewhere, the bus stop is an incredibly close walk from the house. All bus transportation is free as well. We took an excursion to go Turtle Tubing and took the bus to Vail, where the Turtle Tubing bus picked us up. It was very convenient!
Overall I would definitely recommend this place. I hope we get to take a vacation there again soon! The owners are incredible and the house is AWESOME!!"

"Nine of us stayed for three days in August to attend the Vail Kids Adventure Race. There was so much room that my husband & I enjoyed the plush and comfortable master bedroom, my father enjoyed the privacy of the upstairs queen and private bathroom, while the two teenage girls (ages 15 & 16) loved the two twin beds and four boys (ages 16, 12, 12 & 11) went crazy for the very cool bunk room. The kids loved having their own televisions and there was plenty of room to cook meals and serve the kids all together in the dining room. The bus stop is close and convenient for trips into the GORGEOUS Vail Village in the summer and my husband & I especially enjoyed our early morning runs from the condo to several of the local trails and paths nearby. The views were spectacular, the area was not very crowded or heavily trafficked and the local market was a quick trip to get any extra supplies we needed. There were plenty of towels and supplies for everyone and the living room is about as cozy and comfortable as you can get. If we happen to return in the winter, this will definitely be top on our list of options. It was a fantastic place for an extremely reasonable price. Russ was very proactive and helpful in getting us booked. Highly recommend!"
