  • Perfect vacation home for groups or large families

"We spent a week in this wonderful house and all the reviews were spot on. The location is great: gorgeous, quiet setting but only a few minutes drive into Vail village or on the shuttle. The house itself is warm, inviting and has a great open layout with a deck, hot tub and grill. The kitchen was open and never felt crowded even with 10 people around! Jane is an excellent hostess and the house was stocked with everything we needed from kitchen items to linens to board games. We stayed here with multiple families (and multiple kids) and the layout easily fit everyone in the main common area comfortably as well provided plenty of privacy with both upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids especially loved the bunk beds. Jane went above and beyond when the Colorado weather caused a change in our travel plans -- unexpected and greatly appreciated! We can't wait to go back."

  • Great property for a large group

"My family and friends had a great experience at this home. There were 3 total families and there was plenty of room for everyone. It had a great common area and we really enjoyed the fantastic updated kitchen. Further, Ralph was extremely responsive. There was a minor problem with the hot tub that Ralph helped us fix almost immediately. There are only 2 minor negatives that I have with the property (note - neither of which stopped me from giving 5 stars). 1) The master bath is a little outdated (the rest of the bathrooms are updated and great). 2) The week we went it was very cold outside (-10 degrees in the morning). Because the living room has so many windows, the main floor often got very cold in the morning and in the evenings. It wasn't until we started a fire that the ground floor really warmed up."

  • Amazing!!

"This condo is a hidden jewel in Vail - - I do not think you will find nicer accommodations for this price anywhere. The owner was easy to contact and able to answer all of my questions, as this was my first visit to Vail. He was also helpful in regards to recommending local places to eat, visit, etc. We dined out a few times, but found the kitchen to be stocked with everything needed to make our own meals (quaint little grocery store right on the property) to save not only $$, but time to take in the nearby attractions. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone of all ages/number of occupants (has 2 bedrooms - - 1 with a Queen Size bed/bath and 1 w/ 2 twin beds and a full bath in the hallway - - the sofa also pulls out for an additional sleeping area. I am hoping to plan a trip back to see what Winter looks like, as the Summer was beyond gorgeous. Also, there is a free shuttle that takes you directly into Vail Village (only about a 8 min. ride and a 3 min. walk from the condo. Loved It!"

  • super helpful friendly owner

"Beautiful views; modern TV that allowed Chromecast so that we were able to watch our own Netflix; superior coffeemaker; comfortable beds; very close to excellent free bus service to the mountain, which came at 15 minute intervals. The owner was in contact with us to verify that there were no problems. When we had a glitch with our travel plans, she was exceedingly helpful."
