  • Great location. Updated nice rooms.

"We were happy to stay in this condo for our closing week ski trip in April 2017. The location is perfect to Vail Village and town bus is just outside of the condo. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans but could use more fish towels. Rooms could easily fit 5-6 adults but there is only dining space for 3. Lounge chair by the fireplace would better be served as a dining table/nook. Also, no hot tub included. We had to go to Vail Atheletic Club and they charge $35 per person per day. Otherwise, great place and we enjoyed our stay."

  • Unbeatable location

"Owner was very nice and checked on us to make sure everything was okay. It's a small studio but has blueray player, cable TV, and fast wifi. You can look out the back door and see gondola, as well as watch the kids play at the giant boat/playground. There are several restaurants in the same building and tons more within very short walk. The building was quiet and neighbors polite. You can hear distant humming of snowplows at night which was relaxing to me, but just something to keep in mind, bring earplugs if it bothers you. You can hear the crowds sometimes at night (you're in the middle of everything) but honestly was a distant sound, and generally quiet by 10pm. We took the local bus to the market and Uber back to get breakfast and lunch for the week. We bought and left reusable shopping bags you're welcome to use. We rented equipment from Christies which was a few steps away and had free nighttime storage, but there are tons of places for equipment within short distance. It's a small kitchen with small fridge but has everything you need. This place is so convenient, just plan to come back from slopes for quick break and lunch. We took bus from Eagle Vail airport which was 45 minutes ride for 4$, rather than private transport for $150ish. We saved money for skiing and nice dinners. As you come down towards Gondola One from the slopes, go to the right of the gondola, rather than left to get back in line, and you're at the entrance to condo. We enjoyed greatly and look forward to coming back!"
