  • Nice Unit

"Corner unit with good privacy. Very comfortable for 3 adults. Smart TV in family room allowed access to Netflix which was nice because cable channels were limited. Only a few minute walk to gondola. Rented equipment at Charter Sports across street within the Marriott which was convenient because we could store boots and skis there overnight instead of lugging back and forth from condo. Minor criticisms: Mattress in master a little too soft for me and pillows weren't great Coffee maker took forever to brew Other than that, no complaints Bottom line: Would recommend and would stay again"

  • Ritz Carlton Vail

"We have been coming to Vail every summer and had a great time staying at the Ritz. The staff at the Ritz go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are taken care of. We had a fabulous time and it is a great location to be "in the heart" of Vail, but not so much that you feel overwhelmed. The condo is a great place for families, but the place could use a little sprucing...the shades were tattered exposing iron rods, one of the bar stools was broken, the throw pillows for the sofas have seen better days, the drawers in the secondary bedroom were too difficult to use, etc. All this could be updated and this place would be five stars. It was a little annoying that the housekeeping staff came in at different times every day during the week, never consistent. When you have a family it is a little difficult to vacate for 15-20 minutes especially when you don't when they are coming. Would definitely stay there again, but it would be nice to have a few updates down to the place."

  • Amazing ski vacation, steps away from the slopes!

"This place cannot be beat! From the minute we arrived the bellhop was waiting to help unpack our car. The convenience of the gondola and the free ski check was amazing. This place is luxury at its best! Restaurant on site! Ski shop onsite! Lions Head village footsteps out the door! Cannot wait to go back!"

  • Loved it!!!

"We brought our family together ages 10 to 80 in this lovely home. It was clean and well taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked with a lot of dishes and anything you would need. Plenty of room to spread out. Perfect location for a short walk down to Lionshead. We did take the car down to the parking garage for those that did not want to walk back up to the house. Yes, there are a lot of steps but that is expected in the mountains. The hot tub worked perfect. The house is sat among the beautiful Aspens with a rock terrace in the back. The only negative was the elevator. We checked it out but did not use as we were not sure of it working right, maybe getting stuck plus it was dark inside. Maybe some bulbs needed changed. An elevator button was broken on top level. This was not a problem for our family. Everyone loved it. We would recommend this property and would like to return again."
