  • The Ritz is a wondeful property

"Unit 112 is on the first floor and next to an access road. But the noise from the road was not noticeable, particularly during sleeping hours, even though I am a light sleeper. The unit is conveniently located next to the coffee and tea bar, and is furnished very nicely. The master bath has a steam shower. The Ritz itself is a beautiful property, with views of Vail Mountain from the pool, hot tub and fire pit areas."

  • Perfect Place for a Short or Extended Stay in Vail (Part 1)

"I stayed in this beautiful unit for almost three months, which allowed me to become very familiar with this condominium and the surrounding areas. I stayed as for long as I did because I have a complex orthopedic condition, and came to have surgery and do physical therapy at the Steadman Clinic, one of the top orthopedic institutions in the world. For the first two months after surgery, I had to spend hours a day with my leg elevated, and as a result, spent a great deal of time in the unit. For the last almost month, I was able to get out more and take advantage of some of the many of things to do and see in the area, and was better able to take advantage of the great location of this unit.   The unit itself is very comfortable. It has one bedroom, a bunk room, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a den. In the following paragraphs I will provide more details on each of these rooms, and share things I particularly liked.   The bedroom has a large, comfortable king bed. I spent many hours with my leg elevated in that bed, and appreciated not only the comfort of the bed, but also the TV in the bedroom. It is perfectly situated to be able to watch TV while in bed, and has many cable channels. The bedroom also has a large armoire that serves as a closet, a chest of drawers with three drawers, two alarm clocks, one on each side of the bed, a couple of luggage racks, and a power strip to accommodate one or two personal electronic devices.   I did not spend much time in the bunk room, except to exit to the pool. It has two beds, one on top of the other, as well as a TV that is attached to the lower bed. The beds would be perfect for two children, although they could probably accommodate mid-sized adult guests (5'10" or shorter). The bunk room can also be used for extra storage, if you do not need the beds.   The bathroom is a good size, and has a spacious walk-in shower with a seat, a sink, and toilet. Like the rest of the unit, it is recently remodeled, and is attractive. The sink has sufficient cabinet room to accommodate several people's toiletries. I brought extra items for my extended stay, and still had a lot of extra room. There is also a hair dryer, so you will not need to bring your own.   (Note: This review is being submitted in multiple parts due to this site's review character restrictions)."

  • 4th of July Weekend 2016

"We had a wonderful time at Villa Cortina #150 in Vail! The condo was great, with an amazing view of the river behind. We fell asleep to the sounds of a rushing creek, and also enjoyed cocktails on the patio with a river view. The location was perfect - so easy to walk across the street to Vail Village, or take the shuttle bus to Golden Peak to watch the fireworks. The parade came right in front of the condo on 4th of July - so much fun! Fun in Vail Village at BOL, Elway's, and all the other great shopping, dining, and Starbucks. We also went to an incredibly fun ATV tour. Also enjoyed a lovely hike to Booth Falls. We will definitely stay again, and will recommend it to others!"

  • Clean & great location

"Very clean, great location to bus routes and short walk to Vail Village. Parking in front of unit, also has a elevator, nice balcony, view on mountain. Clean with all amenities for cooking (which we only did breakfast). Great shower pressure, comfortable beds and large sofa bed. Owner's are easy to deal with and very professional. Priced competitive. Our group would consider this unit again, no question."
