  • Late Spring/Early Summer Delight!

"This delightful condo is located in East Vail away from the mass of humanity that is Vail Village or Lionshead. This one bedroom unit is on the lower level of Building 9, "right on the beach"! The Gore Creek was running at full throttle and a delight to view and listen to as we ate our meals on the porch (on a delightful high top table) or enjoyed libations on the Adirondack chairs. The kitchen is nicely stocked as is the bathroom. TV and internet keep you connected. We used the condo as home base for hiking, mountain biking, trail running and exploring the adjacent towns of Leadville and Aspen. The club has a small restaurant, swimming pool, work-out equipment and outdoor grill/picnic area. Laundry facilities located in the building next-door (coin operated). Stock up on groceries at Safeway or City Market in West Vail as there is no close grocer other than a small market. We didn't us the bus to get to Vail Village as there was free summer parking in effect. The owner of the condo was a delight to work with. Would definitely stay here again!"

  • Home Away From Home

"We just had a wonderful experience at your beautiful, quiet condo in Vail! Parking spots right in front of our condo and an elevator to our door made unloading so easy. We were thrilled to find everything on one level in the condo, and a short easy walk to entertainment in the Village. The patio with a large grill made it fun to entertain, and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook delicious meals! The master suite with its own bathroom was a real treat, and the beds were super comfortable. Thank you for being such gracious condo hosts and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. This condo is on our plus list for our next visit to Vail!"

  • The Ritz is a wondeful property

"Unit 112 is on the first floor and next to an access road. But the noise from the road was not noticeable, particularly during sleeping hours, even though I am a light sleeper. The unit is conveniently located next to the coffee and tea bar, and is furnished very nicely. The master bath has a steam shower. The Ritz itself is a beautiful property, with views of Vail Mountain from the pool, hot tub and fire pit areas."

  • Great Condo!!!

"In a wonderful location in the heart of Vail Village, this small but perfect sized condo was perfect for my husband and I and even a visitor if we had one. We were there for an extended stay and all the comforts of home and then some, were ours. The condo is on Gore Creek, so the view and soothing noise cannot be beat! The owner was easy to communicate and work with and we were very pleased with our stay."
