  • Breathtaking | the perfect mountain getaway!

"Where to start... my fiancee, Steve, and I chose Vail for our Winter elopement/wedding specifically because the house looked so stunning {the pictures don't do it justice} and because Adam was so wonderful. He made planning our entire vacation a breeze and gave us great local insight on what we might enjoy during our stay. The house and location are absolutely stunning {can't exclaim this enough}! Everyone in our party couldn't stop expressing how impressed they were with the amenities, decor, and overall design. We had everything we could ever need and more. Some of us watched movies in the theatre, while some would be playing pool, reading by the fire, or out hot tubbing. Truth be told, we had planned a lot of adventures out, but everyone was so comfortable and excited about the house that we ended up spending most of our time in! And we wouldn't have had it any other way. Everything from the lighting to the rugs was stunning and exactly what you'd dream of for a perfect mountain getaway. As a bride, the house was the perfect backdrop for ambiance and photos. We did take the actual "ceremony" off to a park by a river, but the shots of us getting ready and our first "viewing" of each other turned out spectacular, thanks to the beauty of Highcliffe Lodge. We can't thank Adam and his family enough for sharing their stunning home. Though our stay was during Vail's Winter Wonderland, we look forward to coming back for a Summer getaway! S'mores by the fire, hiking, and gourmet dinners on the beautiful front deck or back patio... If you have the opportunity to stay at Highcliffe, don't pass it up. It's world class mountain living at it's finest! Thanks again, Adam!"

  • Great Family House

"We really enjoyed our stay at this fully equipped house. It was a great size for 6 adults. We did use a car to drive to and from the slopes."

  • Exceptional condo with everything you need

"The condo was quite easy to enter with the code I was provided prior to the check in time. Upon entering the condo there is a nice entry way that houses boots, jackets and even has a bench to allow you to sit to deal these items. It is apparent that the kitchen had been renovated. They provided all pots, pans, plates, cups ect. Even a blender, toaster over, coffee and coffee maker. Basic spices such as salt, pepper, garlic, onions, hot sauce were provided. No worries about bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, motrin toothpaste, lotion. The TV worked great as did the wifi. We used the fireplace with the wood that they provided on the porch. The bathrooms have been renovated recently also. They were clean, and quite nicely outfitted with everything that you would need. We did use the washer and dryer, (the dryer had a difficult time drying the towels). The beds downstairs were comfortable but the beds upstairs were too soft per my families comments. I did not use them. Overall I was very satisfied with the condo and if needed I would stay here again."
