  • Best place to stay, if you really love Colorado.

"We have been visited Colorado every summer, and this is definitely best place to stay. In a middle of Everything. Walk to trails, close to shopping malls and restaurants. What can be better. Condo is clean with a nice kitchen, bedrooms and living room. Special thanks to Jim for absolutely quick response. He was very friendly and helpful to us."

  • Excellent location and value

"This was our first time staying at the condo, hopefully it won't be our last. Our family consists of me, my husband and our 5 & 3 year old children. First of all, It was quite nice to find the room on the same floor as the main entrance to the building. It makes for quick work unloading the car! Next, as the owner states, this is clearly their second home. It was great to find the kitchen stocked with the basic (and more) necessities. There's nothing more frustrating than renting a place with a kitchen, bringing your own food, then discovering you need salt or ketchup, or creamer. I never assume those things are included, but it is nice that they allow use of those items. I assume some items have been left by previous renters as well. Pay it forward. Each room has a tv with limited stations (you are in the mountains after all) and there is a selection of DVD movies to choose from in addition to a large Disney VHS collection as well. My children loved picking out a movie to watch from the bunk beds! They also have an assortment of board games, puzzles and books to help you unwind. There are 2 balconies, but they were covered in snow during our stay, but I'll bet it would be a nice place to have a morning cup of coffee, or after dinner drink. There is also a nice wood burning fireplace with instructions, kindling, wood and tools necessary to make a cozy night. The location is up Wildernest Rd. We went to Keystone Resort during our stay and it only took us 25 minutes to get there. We were in line to be first on the lifts that day! The city of Silverthorne and Dillon both offer plenty in the way of restaurants and shops. It's just a quick ride down the hill and you're in the midst of Silverthorne. There must also be a shuttle that goes around Wildernest Loop because there always many people waiting with ski/snowboard gear. There is a stop just across the main street from this condo. All in all -- great place to stay, highly recommended!"

  • Very clean and comfortable but WARM

"Overall this property was a great place to stay. It was VERY clean, comfortable, well-equipped and convenient. The only summer-time draw back is that there is no A/C and no window that can be opened during the night to allow the wonderful, cool Colorado air in. As a result, the condo gets stuffy and warm. One could leave the patio door cracked, but the screen door does not lock, and we were wary of doing that at night, because the condo is on the first floor and right off the main walkway into the building. However, the owners were great at responding to any needs that arose during our stay, and we did enjoy the condo very much."
