"The condo overall was very nice and we received very quick responses from the local property manager, Betty Stielow, when we did have a few issues. The property was in good condition, well appointed, clean, and very convenient for access to Keystone where we skied. There was a ski shop just down the hill that was able to tune our skis overnight which was also very helpful. In spite of being just up the hill from I-70, we couldn't hear any noise inside the condo. It was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable, furniture was up to date, newer appliances, well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer downstairs, big master bedroom, etc. The carpet is bit worn in places but I'm sure the owner is well aware and has plans for upgrading at some point.
The only issues we had were that the hot tub was not functional and there were, unfortunately, some mouse droppings in and around the kitchen. But again, Betty, the property manager, responded almost immediately to our texts and stopped by to address the mouse issue along with calling the hot tub maintenance and repair company. When we couldn't get the tub to work properly she stopped by while we were out and left a gift card for the local Silverthorne recreation center (5 minutes away). As a result, we were able to enjoy other amenities such as swimming, hot tub, sauna, steam room and water slide. It was a very nice comp. The Silverthorne recreation center is actually nicer than the one in Breckenridge, where we have gone before while on vacation.
Due to some bountiful Spring snowfall, the skiing was excellent. It was so nice not to have to drive up from south of Denver to get to the slopes.
In short, we would stay at this property again, in part because of the condo itself, but also because of the personal care and prompt attention from Betty."
