  • Comfortable and good value

"Our family of four spent 3 nights at this townhouse. We skied at Vail one day, and Beaver Creek a second day. The drive to the resorts was quick and easy. Given the price differential between rentals at the resorts (where we had considered staying) and a place like this in Frisco, the choice is easy. The lower level den in this townhouse is particularly comfortable and relaxing, and the kitchen and baths have been updated nicely. The remodeling was clearly done by a professional, not DIY jobs as is often the case in rental properties. We easily parked 2 cars in the driveway. The hot water tank stood up to four consecutive showers without a problem. My only tips for improvements would be better lighting on the main floor (likely not an issue much of the year due to the windows), and a firmer mattress in the master bedroom. But, again, as a whole, this townhouse is a very good value."

  • Great condo to stay at!!!

"My husband and I and our 2 boys (ages 22 and 16) invited 2 of their friends. (4 very tall young men over 6 feet tall) and we spent 5 wonderful days in this beautiful, well-furnished and very clean condo. The view out the window is amazing! I would say it’s a million dollar view! It is so wonderful…sitting looking out the window as I sipped my coffee and relaxed each morning! The condo had all the pots and pans and utensils we needed for cooking and a dishwasher to clean them all. The 3 bedrooms worked out great and the beds were comfy and large enough for us all. We had plenty of room! It has a washer and dryer that we used to dry our snow gear each night. It is centrally located and we were able to get to Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin very easily and within a very short time. We received a lot of fresh snow when we were there and it was so great to have the covered parking for our vehicle and a locker for the snowboards. Other people were digging out their vehicles in the morning and we just pulled out and went on our way to the ski resorts. Wow…it was so awesome to have! Also, it was very easy to get around to the shopping and eating places etc. I would highly recommend staying at this great condo! Nancy and Peter are awesome to work with and so friendly! A lot of great memories were created! Thanks!!!"

  • Felt like home

"We sure enjoyed our experience at Rob and Vicky's Town Home. Great location, easy shuttle service to the mountain for skiing. Easy access to the main roads for tubing and snowmobiling. Felt like home away from home. Jen and Jim - Frisco, TX"

  • This is a terrifc place

"Adjusting to the altitude, I was in no condition to carry my ski gear 1.5 blocks to the nearest lift. I was saved by the free bus that's literally across the street from the parking area. The apartment is either professionally decorated or furnished by someone who really knows what they're doing; everything inside is tasteful and it looks terrific. Indeed, the apartment, and the kitchen in particular, is so well furnished I felt personally challenged to find something I needed that wasn't there and I failed. All the appliances are also either new or in new and perfect working condition. The unit is well heated everywhere in the winter. Water pressure was fantastic and there was an abundance of hot water. I wasn't crazy about the layout of Breck itself, in that one has to walk to get to the center of town from most places, but this apartment's location made it a short and easy walk to town. I did encounter a minor issue that inevitably occurs with an apartment and Vicki could not have been more responsive; a maintenance person was over in under an hour! I do feel compelled to echo the comment of others that you can hear sounds from other apartments--there is essentially no sound insulation from surrounding units or the stairs outside the apartment. It would be nice if the owners upstairs put down some carpet so that one doesn't hear walking and talking from upstairs. If you are sensitive to noise, consider bringing ear plugs (I never travel without them). Conclusion: this is a well located, comfortable and nicely furnished apartment in perfect condition. It's a terrific value and should be at the top of anyone's list who is considering a trip to Breckenridge."
