  • Comfortable and enjoyable

"Very close to Winter Park resort. Perfect for our family of four. Each kid had their own bathroom...huge plus. Great views. Private hot tub a definite plus. Kitchen has everything you need."

  • Beautiful Home for Reunion!

"Pine Marten was the perfect place for our high school reunion of eight women. The beautiful home comfortably accommodated all of us as we enjoyed the spectacular views of the changing colors and dining at the gorgeous dining table. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area for hiking, biking and other Colorado scenic towns. Most all of us grew up learning to ski at Winter Park, providing much fun reminiscing about the early days skiing Winter Park. Jeff and Judy were most helpful in making our stay memorable. We would definitely recommend this property."

  • Well Furnished Comfortable and Easy

"This property is well furnished, well maintained, comfortable, arranged efficiently and up to date. The reservation process was easy and efficient. This property is much better than similar condos in this area. The price is reasonable and the owner / agent great to work with. We own VRBO property and this is exactly how rental property should be handled. The website pictures are accurate, the beds comfortable, and the living room furniture comfortable and nicely arranged. Adequate paper products, seasonings, linens, blankets, kitchen utensils, and electronics are provided. It is not a luxury mansion, but it is comfortable, well decorated, and adequately supplied for friends and families with kids."

  • Cozy & Comfortable with a great deck!

"I was looking to do some "glamping" with my kids, husband and another family with two young children, all under the age of 4 and one with medical issues. I would love to go camping but it's just too tricky right now, considering the medical equipment I need for my son. Eric & Michelle's house was perfect for our group. We loved having fires & s'mores on the huge deck with views of mountains (even Devil's Thumb in the distance). My husband brought his axe to chop kindling and got a great workout. The kids loved having so much outdoor space that was safe for them to run and play and the dogs loved it too. I liked that the house is not excessively plush or cluttered with breakable décor, just clean and comfortable and spacious. And it was so close to so many activities, trails, Safeway, etc. We would definitely stay there again."
