  • Surprise

"The condo has recently received a remodel that was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. The unit was clean. Will not stay at this location in the future for a few reasons. Perhaps my expectations were high because of past experiences and because the issues can be resolved easily with one exception. The exception: any noise on the main echos throughout the condo making it difficult to sleep on the lower level where the two bedrooms are located. Easy remedies: televisions are old, outdated and small for the rooms; no decent frying pan for eggs; and channels were difficult to find on the televisions because no information provided. Perhaps the price makes up for the shortcomings."

  • Great space for a large group!

"My family and I rented this house for Thanksgiving. We had a total of 7 adults and 6 kids, and this place was excellent! There was more than enough room for a lot of people, with comfortable size bedrooms and beds (queens and kings in every room). The owner was great - he was available and responded to any questions quickly. There is a loft upstairs, which the kids enjoyed for sleeping and playing, and a good sized family room downstairs with a smart TV. The big windows let in a lot of sunshine, so the house is warm and cozy - with a gas fireplace and a good furnace (no one was cold at night). There was always plenty of hot water for everyone and everything was clean. The kitchen was very well stocked - almost everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner was there. The location is great - the Safeway is just down the road, the ski slopes aren't too far, there's a sledding hill that's a couple minutes away, and the rec center has a great pool for kids and is about 5 min away. The only thing to keep in mind if you have a toddler (which we did), is that the stairs are steep and so you'll need to bring your own toddler gate to block off the stairs. Overall, I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone with a larger group!"

  • Outstanding Condo and Owner Communication

"I can't say enough about this experience. My family stayed here over New Year's. First time we've stayed in Fraser. It was a great location and condo was well supplied. We especially liked the 2 humidifiers! Tammy was great. My husband developed a sevrere infection 2 days before our trip. While we didn't have insurance, so coukdnt5 cancel, Tammy went above and beyond by offering to adjust our arrival and departure dates. Even though we were able to keep our initial dates, I really appreciate how she offered to help salvage our trip. The comforts of the condo helped my husband when he wasn't able to ski. I can't say enough about this experience and I highly recommend!"

  • Cozy and relaxing. The perfect place for a getaway.

"This property is just perfect for a family of 4-6 (and possibly more), and could not be in a more convenient neighborhood. We are skiers and mountain bikers, and are therefore frequent visitors to Winter Park, both the summer and winter. We decided that this location was much more preferable to renting a unit in Winter Park, due to the "get away from it all" feeling of the unit. The beds are roomy (one queen plus a full size bunk bed), and the kitchen is great for cooking family meals. The property is situated in an area filled with walking trails, and the bike ride up to the property from US 40 offered a great challenge! We felt as though we were off the beaten path a bit, but the property is right up the street from a great Safeway and an absolutely fantastic hardware store (Murdoch's)! We thought we were going to have trouble parking because we brought two cars, but we discovered ample additional parking right across from our unit. The owner was very responsive by email when I had a question. Moreover, the owner keeps a notebook filled with suggested trail hikes and rides, favorite restaurants, and other suggested activities. Even though we come often, we definitely appreciated the suggestions and were able to discover a new trail we hadn't yet hiked. We would definitely rent this property again! Thanks so very much."
