  • Delightful townhouse

"I was sold on the view from the living room when I booked the property and I was not disappointed. The townhouse is spacious, comfortable and equipped with just about everything vacationers might need, as well as some unexpected but welcome extras, such as a first aid box and a selection of games and some toys suitable for the youngest guest. With an eight month old baby and a four year old in our group, these extras proved useful. While the property is suitable for a family party like ours, it is decorated and furnished with the quality and taste that reminded me of an upscale bed and breakfast rather than a renta that should please the most discriminating adults. We enjoyed the quiet location, along with the convenience of being close to Winter Park and its variety of activities, as well as the proximity to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Overall, I was absolutely delighted with this property and would recommend it unreservedly."

  • So many great things, one glaring bad thing

"We stayed here over Labor Day weekend 2016. Husband, wife, and two kids up from the Denver area to do some biking at Winter Park. The condo is very clean and tidy and the layout is wonderful. We ate most meals in at the well-equipped kitchen (maybe some shelves in the lower cabinets to manage the plentiful cookware?). The location is also quite nice. There's a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony, which overlooks the nearby meadow. Dogs and kids frisk in the meadow. Across the road and down just a bit is the Rec center. The included guest pass got us in for a variety of activities - ping pong, swimming, gym, game checkout, hot tubs, and steam room. Perfect after a busy day of exploring the area. Safeway is just down the hill - an easy trip to the grocery store. Downtown Fraser/Winter Park is just a short drive back down the highway. Grand Lake is about 30 minutes the other direction. We so enjoyed our time here. What was the glaring bad thing? The shocking lack of toilet paper. We arrived Friday evening to find 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in the entire place. Good thing Safeway is just down the hill. We'll pay it forward to the next guests by leaving some here."

  • Great property!

"Other than the coordination of information for our arrival, (Confusion of arrival date, Keys, Lock-box code left me asking questions, not being able to speak with anyone at VRBO customer service, and scrambling to get in the place), the property was perfect for our needs. It was very convenient to the Fraser/Winter Park area and all of the restaurants we like there. It was very comfortable and had all of the amenities we wanted. The listing should state/show that it is the middle unit in a tr-plex. I'd gladly recommend this property and stay there again."

  • Hidden Gem tucked up on the hill!

"I've been coming to Winter Park for some time now and must say there's not a more convenient location placed within distance of EVERYTHING you'd need for the price! This condo was very comfy and gives you that "at home" feel while vacationing away. I've stayed in this location during the Winter and the Summer season now and both times the owner was very informative and helpful with any questions we had. The furniture is comfy and the fire place is a perfect way to finish your evening while spending time with your friends and family. If you're looking for some entertainment the apartment is located just a mile from downtown Fraser and only a hop-skip-jump away from downtown Winter Park. The city now has a real nice bowling alley/movie theater that makes some really good brick oven pizza! Gotta go give it a try if you come to town! All in all I have no complaints with this place and will absolutely be returning!"
