  • Great ski weekend for family!

"We spent 2 weekends at this condo over the last several months because it was a perfect fit for our family of 4. It has a nice master bedroom with bathroom, good bunk room for kids, and a separate bathroom for the kids. Kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking supplies, so we were able to eat most meals in. Condo is close to shuttle stop also if you want to save on paying for parking at Winter Park. Heated garage also a big plus for unloading gear."

  • Clean, comfortable, and beautiful view!

"This is our second time staying at this wonderful Meadowridge condo. The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the wood burning stove and had a memorable time with our family. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us! We hope to come back next year!"

  • The Perfect Secluded Cabin for a Group

"We had an incredible experience staying at this cabin with our group of 10! It is nestled in a beautiful valley, perched on a hillside, which gives the cabin wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. It feels very secluded, even though you're only 10-15 minutes from town. The sleeping arrangements are very comfortable for 10 people, and the kitchen and living room areas are spacious for the whole group to hang out in. The kitchen was fully supplied with great cooking equipment, there is a huge communal table to eat at and play games on, and the TV area has a cozy fireplace and comfy leather couches. All of the tile floors are heated too! It was very clean and well-maintained. Our favorite part of the cabin was the big hot tub that is conveniently set on the corner of the huge deck. It was amazing for relaxing in after a day of outdoor activities, and on a clear night you can sit in the hot tub and gaze at the stars. The owners of the property were very responsive throughout our planning prior to the weekend, and the caretakers that lived below were always quick to reply to our questions or requests. They live right there on the bottom floor so it is very convenient for them to help with anything, while at the same time it felt like we had the whole property to ourselves. They gave us complete privacy for the whole stay, and they had a separate entrance and driveway. We HIGHLY recommend this vacation home for a group looking for beautiful views, affordable rates, a spacious cabin, and responsive hosts! The nearby town of Fraser has a Safeway and some bars and restaurants to visit. Also, it is very close to snowshoeing and cross-country ski trails, as well as Winter Park Resort and the Fraser sledding hill!!"

  • Wonderful Stay

"We were 3 generations and a black lab staying at the house and we all loved it! Layout of bedrooms was very convenient and the living area upstairs was open and casual and complete with everything imaginable for the kitchen, oodles of movies and games, a nice fireplace which we never had time to use, and a great doggie door which got a great deal of use! The deck off the living area upstairs looks wonderful, but was under about 30 inches of snow. Hope to come back for a summer visit some time so we can enjoy it. The outdoor pool and hot tub were great, and the facility was very nice and clean and complete with work-out room and changing facilities. In minus 20 degrees, we appreciated having to go only about 10 steps from the hot tub to get inside the building! Sorry we were able to enjoy it only once while we were there. The home location was very pretty and very private, due to the trees, though there are other homes around. It is up a long, steep hill behind the Safeway, so a car was needed, especially in the winter weather. Might be walkable in summer. We never tried the shuttle service to the slopes, but did see the bus pass by the house frequently. We will definitely call Eric if we are able to visit Winter Park again. Many thanks!"
