  • Felt Like Home

"We stayed the first week of April 2016 for a family ski vacation and loved the condo. It has a very comfortable and welcoming feel to it. It isn't anything fancy so if you are into brand new everything and granite then look elsewhere. However, if you are like us and only care if a place is clean, functional, and comfortable then this is definitely the place for you. We felt like it was home from the first day. You can tell the owner cares about the guests that stay here. The place is stocked with games, dvds, and cookware as well as a book with advice/brochures about the surrounding area. There were spices and some dry/canned food left in the cupboards that we made use of. There were also some basic toiletries and laundry soap left in the closet. You may want to check in and see what is there before grocery shopping. There is a Safeway about 1 mile away, also a huge plus for our family as we atet in the condo to save money. Nice big table that seats six comfortable, eight in a pinch. The in-unit washer and dryer was great for our family of five and allowed us to pack light. The free shuttle for the slopes is a very short walk from the front door. We never made use of it as we had a car. The rec center has a pool and is a short walk away, our kids loved the pool, we loved the hot tub! Possible cons that did not bother us but might you: The parking lot is dirt and really muddy when the snow melts or it rains. We walked through snow on the way tot he condo door to clean our shoes and took our shoes off at the door to the condo. The condo is the style where you walk in and then either walk up a flight of stairs to the main floor or down a flight of stairs to the bedrooms. There is also a flight of stairs from the main floor leading to the loft. We don't mind stairs so not a big deal for us. We actually prefer to stay in Fraser vs. Winter Park. It is a very short drive/bus ride from Fraser to the ski hill in WP and nice to get away from the craziness of the ski hill and crowds in WP. Plus, you can get a lot more condo for the money in Fraser. The owner was polite and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again!"

  • Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment!

"We had an amazing stay at this great 1 bedroom condo in Fraser. I would highly recommend this condo! The condo had towels, soap, and basically everything you would need. Also, the place is very close to the grocery store, about a 5 to 10 minute walk. Overall, we had an awesome stay!"

  • Amenities Abound

"For our family of 6, this was our first visit and it exceeded our expectations; location, amenities, and above all the affordability was great. The owners were very supportive and accommodated us last minute. Our kids had comfy beds, games, puzzles, DVDs ..you name it! The Club pass was added bonus for hot tub and heated pool, laundry, etc. We certainly look forward to staying in this condo again if destiny brings us back to Winterpark / Fraser area. Highly recommend to families with kids of all ages."

  • Well Furnished Comfortable and Easy

"This property is well furnished, well maintained, comfortable, arranged efficiently and up to date. The reservation process was easy and efficient. This property is much better than similar condos in this area. The price is reasonable and the owner / agent great to work with. We own VRBO property and this is exactly how rental property should be handled. The website pictures are accurate, the beds comfortable, and the living room furniture comfortable and nicely arranged. Adequate paper products, seasonings, linens, blankets, kitchen utensils, and electronics are provided. It is not a luxury mansion, but it is comfortable, well decorated, and adequately supplied for friends and families with kids."
